| 6Material and Labour for disconnecting 11/0.433 KV distribution transformer of follwing capacity by removing overhead conductor/ underground cables and earth strips etc. Installation of transformer after repairs, making all connections, testing and recommissioning to full satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Taking out the transformer from any substation using suitable capacity crane or by any other method irrespective of type of approach available, loading in vehicle, transportation to workshop for repairs and unloading carefully. Reloading the tranformer after repairs, transportation to site and unloading including placing at given position complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) All the T&P required for disconnection, connection, loading and unloading including necessary petty items like bolts, nuts etc will be arranged by the contractor and rates for the same deem to be included in the rates quoted. | |||||

| 7Material and Labour for repair to transformer step down 11/0.433 KV indoor/outdoor type of following capacity, after dismantling the transformer carefully, opening the top cover of transformer for inspection /repair, draining out the transformer oil from the housing complete, taking out the core and winding by disconnecting the internal connections, removing the carbon/sludge deposit in transformer housing core, renewal/replacement of u/s rubber bushes and washers , replacement of tap changer and thimbles, replacement of silica gel, replacement of top cover gasket set including pasting with pasting material, replacement of worn out nut and bolts, replacement of unserviceable LT & HT bushes, cutting the burnt out winding and re-winding the same with suitable size of super enamelled copper wire as per existing guage, insulating the winding connection by using fire proof sleeve and fire proof tape, varnishing the coil, keeping the coils in electric oven chamber for 24 hrs to remove the moisture, Painting of complete transformer body from outside and inside, Marking of MES/SM Number etc, replacement of conservator tank glass, re-installing the core and winding inside properly, making the all connection with suitable copper lungs, refilling of dehydrated transformer oil including dehydration, reinstalling the top cover after cleaning and painting of housing, conservator tank, expulsion vent etc, meggering the LT and HT side of the Transformer and testing complete all as specified and directed. Note: Winding wire including labour for making of coils and LT/HT bushes will be measured & paid seperately. Contractor should make necessary arrangement for factory visit before opening of the transformer for repairing work and testing of the transformer after carried out necessary repairs. | |||||
