Taking down carefully aluminium/ copper wiring / power point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches ceiling roses, regulators, sockets light fittings, fans etc and making good the disturbed surface of walls, ceiling etc incl painting with same colour of the back ground complete all as specified and as directed.

Point wiring complete with 1.5 sq.mm single core PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade, with multi stranded copper conductor conforming to IS-694 drawn through and including non-metallic rigid PVC conduit, with necessary fittings and conduit accessories concealed type run on walls /ceiling including MS terminal boxes fabricated with 1.6 mm thick MS sheet surface mounted/concealed on walls with plastic laminated sheet top cover 3 mm thick fixed with cadmium plated iron screws for housing the switches, switch socket outlets , fan regulators etc., including provision of 1.5 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly suitable for one light/fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified and as directed. (a) One light/fan point controlled by one switch.

LED batten fittings, 20 watts, 6000K, (4 feet long), suitable for indoor applications wall mounted with extruded aluminium heat shink provision, efficient heat dissipation and integrated electronic driver, industrial batten type, powder coated top cover, with bipin holders, connector block , lamp etc., complete all accessories internally pre wired all as per Bajaj, Cat No.BCLAB 20 WH LED P / Halonix Cat No. HLB-03-20-CW-AL or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including connecting up twin core twisted flexible copper conductor cable all as specified and directed.

Switch Piano, flush type, 5 Amps, 240 Volts single pole with ISI marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Ceiling rose, surface bakelite type, 65 x 50 mm, 2 to 3 terminals all as specified and as directed.

Socket out let 3/2 pin 5 Amps, flush type all as specified and as directed.

MCB single pole and neutral 240 volts 5 to 25 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB single pole 240 volts 5 to 32 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below ground level) with top edge not less than 1.5 m below ground level connected to earth lead by GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts nuts, check nuts, washers made out of galvanised iron connected to main switch all as shown in elect plate No 3 of MES SSR Part -I includingn excavation and earth work in any type of soil,funnel, 20 mm dia light grade GI watering pipe with chamber of PCC 1:3:6 type C1 40mm thick of size 450mm x450mm (1:2:4) type B1 for cover slab reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars 10cm c/c both ways and with 6mm MS hook etc complete all as specified including testing on completion all as specified and directed.

Sub main wiring with two runs of single core 6 sq.mm, 1100 volts grade multi stranded copper conductor cable along with one run of 6 sq.mm PVC insulated single core multistranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor drawn through and including non rigid PVC conduit medium grade of suitable size complete including taking down the existing all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Two runs of 6 sq.mm cable, one run of 6 sq.mm earth continuity conductor and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit for payment purpose.

Galvinised iron tubing, light grade, 32mm bore with all accessories for cable protection fixed on poles/buildings or laid in trenches including necessary MS clamps, bolts and nuts etc.,complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in deep for cable laying / errection of poles and getting in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated soil, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in hard / dense soil etc complete as specified as directed.

Removing the excavated material to a distance exc. 50m but n. exc. 100m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5m above the starting point.

Sand cushioning in layers for cables in trenches / ducts for cable using dry river sand including consolidation complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Punned thickness will be measured for payment purpose.

XLPE insulated cable, screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sq.mm 3.5 core connected with suitable lugs complete all as specified and as directed.

Bricks, sub class 'B' of old size 230 mm x 115 mm x 75 mm laid in trenches for cable protection all as specified and directed.

RCBO four pole 30 mA, 415 volts, 63 Amps for earth leakage, over load and short circuit protection including taking down the existing un serviceable RCBO complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB DB, TPN 4 ways, 415 Volts with 200 Amps rated busbar, double door for housing MCBs including taking down the existing un serviceable MCB DB complete all as specified and as directed.

MCB DB, SPN 8 ways, 240 Volts with 200 Amps rated busbar, double door for housing MCBs including taking down the existing un serviceable MCB DB complete all as specified and as directed.

LED street light fitting, 1x45 Watts with unique peanut lens to ensure uniform distribution, long life versatile pressure die cast alluminum IP-66 all as per BajajCat No. BRTFG 45WV2 or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of existing old GI bracket and provision of GI bracket made out of 25 mm dia GI tubing light grade of approx lenght 1.5 mtr length fabricated to a shape including necessary fixing clamps, bolts, nuts & washers all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling, greasing & painting of ceiling fans complete, in situ and spray painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint including filling cavities with one filler coat after cleaning all dust etc. and re-fixing with downrod & clamps writing of MES/Sl No, complete all as specified and as directed.

Exhaust fans metalic body, heavy duty 230 volts, single pole, 300 mm sweep, 1400 RPM complete with louvers and clamps with screws, nut, bolts,wire connection from ceiling rose to exhaust fan complete accessories all as per Usha Cat No. TURBO HDEF 1400 RPM ISI or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS including writing of MES No with unit name on exhaust fans using approved stencil with synthetic enamel paint all as specified and as directed.
