Outsourcing of services for operation and maint of HT installation comprising of under mentioned equipment at Sub Station No 10 (Sector-A) by deploying skilled electricians, technically qualified and experienced in opeartions of HT VCBs round the clock in three shifts of 08 hours each including Sunday and Holidays with 01 electrician in one shift of 08 hours, for the following :- [a] 11 KV HT Panel board comprising of 05 Nos VCBs of Make - ABB complete including incoming/outgoing and HT ring main control. [b] Step down transformer 11/433 volt 500 KVA-01 No and 400 KVA-01 No along with all LT panels , switch geras/ACBs/MCCBs and APFC panels etc complete.

Outsourcing of services for operation and maint of HT installation comprising of under mentioned equipment at Sub Station No 12 (Sector-B) by deploying skilled electricians, technically qualified and experienced in opeartions of HT VCBs round the clock in three shifts of 08 hours each including Sunday and Holidays with 01 electrician in one shift of 08 hours, for the following :- [a] 11 KV HT Panel board comprising of 06 Nos VCBs of Make - ABB complete including incoming/outgoing and HT ring main control. [b] Step down transformer 11KV/433 volt 315 KVA -01 No, 400 KVA-01 No along with all LT panels , switch geras/ACBs/MCCB and APFC panels etc complete.

Outsourcing of services for attending day to day complaints of external electric supply such as making the serviceability of LT/HT lines, panels after rectifying the defects of the external electric supply items such as cables, thimbles, ferrule, MCCB, Jumpers, joints, Bus bars, Main switch, Changeover, transformer, HT GODO switches, insulators, VCBs, Stabilizer etc of any make/type/size & capacity etc round the clock in three shifts of 08 hours each including Sunday and holiday complete complete all as specified and directed in Chandimandir Cantt including the areas across Kalka road, by deploying the following electricians and helpers:- [a] One electrician (Skilled) & two helpers (semi - skilled ) in each shift of 08 hours each. Note for item No 8 :- 1. The items required for the repair shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of Sch 'A' here-in-after.

2. Conveyance and necessary T&P , ladders etc for maintaing the services shall be provided by the contractor and unit rate quoted will be deemed to include the cost of the same. 3. Panelty for not attending complaint within two hours shall be recovered from contractor's dues @ Rs 200/- per compaint per hour or part thereof after two hours.

Note for item No 1 to item No 8 :- (a) If an individual detailed on shift duty is found absent or doing double shift duty, a penality of Rs 1500/- per shift will be imposed on the contractor for this lapse. (b) Contractor will submit photo copy of bank pass books/ bank account statement of the individuals employed by him showing details of salary paid to the employees before 7th of every month to Engr-In-Charge. Failing to fulfill the above mentioned condtion, no payment will be made to the contractor. (c) As per E-In-C's branch policy, salary to the staff employed by the contractor will not be made in cash under any circumstances.

Refixing only existing panel doors by welding the hinges with panel body properly and fixing the panel door with hinges by welding or as per existing arrangements and checking for proper opening and closing of the door all as specified and directed.

Note:- Reparing and refixing of one door panel fitted with 2/3 hinges shall be considered as one job. Any small piece of MS sheet of thickness 2/3 mm required for repairing the portion of the door to be fixed with hinges and replacing any damaged MS hinge shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted.

Supply of feeder pillar / Distribution Boards: Thermoplastic Polycarbonate IP 65 in accordance with EN 60 529, Dust Proof, Water Proof & Weatherproof, Metering panel (1.10 X1.875 X 0.60m), Shock proof, Rust Proof, Corrosion Free, Acid & Chemical Resistant, Fire Retardant & Self Extinguishing, UV Resistant, Silica and Halogen Free recyclable material, Glow wire tested at 960°C in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11. Type tested as per IEC 60 439-1. Total Insulated with System. The manufacturer of board/panel shall submit a copy of CPRI test report of Degree of Ingress Protection IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529. The gasket material shall be Polyurethane; while the gasket shall be internally embedded. The manufacturer of

board / panel shall submit a copy of type test report of a board made out of Polycarbonate thermoplastic panel in accordance with IEC 60439-1. The report shall mention the following tests performed and passed out satisfactorily:- (a) Degree of Protection. (b) Temperature Rise. (c) Dielectric Properties. (d) Short circuit withstand current – Rated peak & short time withstand current and rated Conditional Short Circuit Current. (e) Effectiveness of Protective Circuits. (f) Clearance & Creepage Distance. (g) Mechanical Operation.

Polycarbonate enclosure shall be fire retardant & self-extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60 695-2-11, DIN VDE 0304 Part 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It shall be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 deg. Cent. The impact strength of polycarbonate enclosures / boards i.e. the Degree of Protection against Mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298-98 for IK 08. The lid closing and opening shall be done by quick fastening spring mechanism latches. Suitable accessories for armoured cable shall be supplied with the panel; these accessories shall not be fitted with screws, so that there is no loss of IP, but should be auto fit. The board manufacturer shall submit the copy of type test reports for Polycarbonate Thermoplastic Board only. Each Board shall have individual routine test report of the manufacturer & will have the following accessories :-

(a) 4 Nos heat shrink insulated bus bar of 600 Amps rating including all connection with aluminium strip. (b) Incomer:MCCB four pole 415 Volts 50 Hz 400 Amps 35 KA adjustable thermal & adjustable megnetic settings and Ics=100% Icu - 01 No. (c) Outgoing MCCB TP 415 25KA of rating 100 amps adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting and Ics=100% Icu mounted on din rail including connection from main busbar to MCCB with aluminium busbar strips of suitable current ratings-02 No and MCCB TP 415 25KA of rating 160 amps adjustable thermal and adjustable magnetic setting and Ics=100% Icu mounted on din rail including connection from main busbar to MCCB with aluminium busbar strips of suitable current ratings-02 No. Make of Panel - Hensel/Siemens/GE Power/ABB/Universal/Legrand
