SUBHead-I Design & SITC of K4 rated automatic electro hydraulic type bollard (1 set of 5 bollards)for 7.0 m wide road, having overall minimum height of 900mm & diameter as specified in tender document along with illuminating LED unit on top and equipped with remote operation facility, operates on 3/1-Phase 50 Hz supply as complete as required including all associated civil works and as per detailed specifications with necessary control connections as per site requirements etc. The bollard shall also be suitable for manual operation with at least 03 cycles up and down movements incase of power failures. The bollard shall be finished with zinc coating (inside out), covered with stainless steel and/ or as per manufacturer specification.

Design & SITC of crash rated Electro Hydraulic Tyre Killer of 6 Mtr. Length (consisting of two section 3 Mtr each) made up of heavy duty tampered steel spikes of height 450mm at an angle of 60° with centre to centre spike gap in between 100 mm and 200 mm suitable for destroying tyres suspension and axle of a moving vehicle with able to bear axle load of 20 tons,operates on 3/ 1 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply and equipped with remote operation facility as complete as required including all associated civil works and as per detailed specifications with necessary control connections etc., and also be suitable for manual operation with at least 03 full cycles operations incase of power failures as complete as required.

Design & SITC of Automatic Electric Sliding Gate made of minimum 15mm MS section, single partition type having overall height of 2.5 mtr and width not less than 6 mtr with clear opening 6 mtr and equipped with remote/manual operation facility, operates on 3/ 1 Phase, 50 Hz AC supply complete as required including all associated civil works and as per detailed specifications. The gate shall be epoxy painted and shall be provided with sliding gate drive unit, MS post for holding top edge necessary bottom and Top Steel Rollers, side Nylon Rollers with Double Ball Bearing etc. as required , Emergency release, Control Box, Electronic Breaking etc. including necessary control connections etc. complete as required.

Supply of 4x10 Sq. mm size XLPE insulated & PVC sheathed,stranded, aluminium conductor, armoured, power cable of 1.1 KV grade conforming to IS:7098 upto date ammendment etc as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 4x10 Sq. mm size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 Sq. mm size on wall surface as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of upto 35 Sq. mm size in the existing RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe as required.

Supply and laying of 50 mm dia. size B class GI pipe including cutting the road/paved area and making good finish after laying the GI pipe at a depth of 0.50 mtr complete as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling as required.
