Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or concrete surfaces of walls,ceiling etc and complete removal of lime wash if any ,including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc completed all as specified.

Material and labour for 15 mm thick cement plaster with ready mix mortar of approved make on brick workl/stone/concrete wall , facia , projection,chajja etc external surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on brick or concrete surface of walls,slabs & chajja finished even and fair for a building of height upto 7.5 meter including necessary scaffolding all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .

Material and labour for 12mm thick cement plastering in cm 1:6 on brick or concrete surfaces other, finishing the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed by engineer in charge

M&L for chipping off/ taking down the spalled and old concrete from RCC members i.e RCC columns , beams ,slabs ,chajjas etc on external and internal surface for application of micrococrete upto height of 7.5 m complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge . The follwing steps are to be followed - i) Cleaning of rusted bars to be done with wire brushes or sand blasting till complete removal of rust , after this coating of existing reinforcement bars shall be done by applying protective anti-corrosive zinc primer of fosroc or equivalent make with coverage as per technical specifications of manufacturer. ii) Application of epoxy bonding agent on the surface before application of micro-concrete. iii) Mechanical application of micro-cocrete material comprising of 10mm down graded aggregate chips to be mixed in a mechanical slow speed mixer . The mixed material shall be placed immediately in to the position, properly with out any time gap complete for an average thickness 25 mm including finishing the surface even and smooth, complete all as specified and directed by Engrs -In-Charge. Note- i) Work shall be executed by certifed applicator of approved make. ii) Primer , bonding agent and micro- concrete matrial shall be of same make . ii) Cost of scaffolding shall be included the qouted rate no extra amount will be paid for this . Make :- Fosroc , Sika , Dr. Fixit .

Matenal and labour for preparation of newly plastered wall surface and applying two or more coat of first quality premium acrylic smooth exterior emulsion of approved colour with silicon additive & Color stay Technology ,Excellent Dirt Pick up resistance of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with low VOC less than 50 gram/ litre as per the LEEDS specifications, Anti Algal properties in two coats @ 1.79 tr (undiluted)/ 10 sqm diluted with water as per manufacturer instructions applied lover one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer @ 0.9ltrundiluted)/10 sq mirs diluted with water in 1:1ratio as per manufacture's instruction and all coats incl primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 It per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI along with application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness upto height of 12.00 mtrs all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . Note :- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of primer and distemper and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surface including fascias, cornices, ceiling walls etc to make the surface free from dust,by skilled labour and make good smoothen surface by sand paper after application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness and applying two or more coats of first quality Interior acrylic distemper of approved colour of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make to be applied with fully automatic Electrically operated airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 It per minute having a pressure of 3000 PSI, to prepare the surface even and smooth upto height of 12.00 mtrs all as specified and directed by engineer in charge. Note :- Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of primer and distemper and including necessary scaffolding at any height complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment including fascias,cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical wall sander (mechanical Electrically operated mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint and loose plaster to be completely removed by skilled labour and repair of walls/ceilings to be done with repair mortar to get even surface including preparation of old surface of wall/ceiling by filling cracks by crack fill paste of Asian Paints or equivalent make and make good smoothen surface by sand paper after application of wallcare putty of 1mm thickness and applying two or more coats of first quality Interior acrylic distemper of approved colour of Asian Paints Ltd or equivalent of other approved make with fully automatic electrically operated airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum one litre per minute having a pressure of 3000 PSI ,prepare the surface even and smooth upto height of 12.00 mtrs all as specified and directed by engineer in charge . M&L for applying two component elastomeric acrylic polymer modified cementitious waterproofing coating on brick/concrete surfaces on walls through certified applicator,After base preparation of cleaning, brushing and removal of flaky materials at least .30 m or more below ground level including demolition of pcc , grouting the porous area with cementatious grout, fixing of weep holes, Grouting of pipe outlets etc., The waterproofing system shall confirm to meet minimum requirements of having 100 % elongation as per ASTM D 2370:2016, resisting 5 bars hyrostatic pressure as per EN-12390 1048, adhesion strength shall be 1 Mpa as per ASTM D 7234, and crack bridging upto from upto 1N/mm sq as per EN 1062-7:2004. The coating shall be applied at a coverage of 7-8 Sqft/Kg for 2 coats along with sprinkling of coarse sand over coating all as specified and directed by EIC.
