Demolishing stone rubble masonry built in cement mortar manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and stacking within 50 metres lead, fencing posts or struts including all earth work and dismantling of concrete etc. in base of 'T' or 'L' iron or pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire or flexible wire rope in fencing including making rolls and stacking within 50 metres lead complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in all kinds of soiland disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m as directed by Engineer-in-Charge complete all as specified and directed.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in hard rock blasting prohibited and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out in ordinary rock and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - all work up to plinth level with PCC 1:4:8 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Random rubble masonry with hard stone in superstructure above plinth level and upto floor five level, including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) at window sills, ceiling level and the like in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) including provision of precast PCC bond stones complete all as specified and directed.

Filling with available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PVC (SWR) pipes 110 mm dia in any length for weep holes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing or face beds and joints as specified of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses 20 mm deep in granite or trap stone complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for walling of random rubble, brought upto course, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:6) including provision of precast PCC bond stone but except stone incl removing mortar and cleaning the stone, stacking for measurement and removal and disposing of debris complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for flush / ruled pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in CM (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., upto floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing in PCC 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 12 mm cement plaster of mix in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete and Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland / Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge; for the following grades of concrete. Concrete of M25 grade with minimum cement content of 300 kg/cum for up to plinth level complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and laying in position ready mixed or site batched design mix cement concrete for plain cement concrete work using coarse aggregate and fine aggregate derived from natural sources, Portland Pozzolana / Ordinary Portland / Portland Slag cement, admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate / retard setting of concrete, to improve durability and workability without impairing strength including pumping of concrete to site of laying, curing, carriage for all leads; but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge for the following grades of concrete. M&L for centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for columns, pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for steel work welded in built up sections / framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in angle iron post & strut of required size, gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade for New work (two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications for painting steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacturer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one, end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kgs per 100 m (minimum), between the two posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used with G.I. barbed wire complete all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length (total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron 'Y' shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge, with reinforced barbed tape (R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) complete all as specified and directed.
