   Annual Turnover : Average Annual Turnover of the vendor for the last three completed financial years prior to the date of opening of tender should be equal to or more than Rs. 1, 25, 17,108 /- i.e. three times the annual value of the retail local purchase of medicines made by Tapan Sinha Memorial Hospital, Metro railway, Kolkata in the last three completed financial years. The bidder has to submit an Audit Balance Sheet with Profit & Loss statements of the preceding three financial years duly certified by a Chartered Accountant, Form 26AS, valid GST Registration certificate showing profits in at least two out of the three last three financial year

Special Conditions

   Rates and other financial terms quoted in relevant columns of financial bid will only be ruling terms for acceptance, and such terms quoted anywhere else should be ignored. Denial of this condition not recommended.

   The bidder have to supply the tendered stores at the rate quoted by him in accordance with the IRS Conditions of Contract and [or] special Conditions and [or] other Conditions specified/attached with the tender.

   Purchaser shall be entitled to increase/decrease the order quantity by 30 percent anytime during the currency of the contract such that the contractor has reasonable time/notice for executing such increase/decrease. The increase in quantity with respect to the tender quantity can be done even at the time of ordering and the tenderer shall be bound to accept the quantity so ordered on the basis of his original offer. The purchaser shall be entitled to exercise plus 30 percent option in one or more than one instalment as long as the total variation in quantity does not exceed the limit of 30 percent of ordered quantity. Any increase of quantity under option clause after expiry of delivery period can be considered with the consent of the firm/contractor.

   Order preference : Quantity to be ordered against rate contracts shall be graded in relation to discounts offered by vendors, i.e., L1 will get the maximum supply orders. In case of two vendors, distribution of orders (value-wise) should be in the ratio of 70:30 on monthly basis. In case of three vendors, distribution of orders (value-wise) should be in the ratio of 60:25:15 on monthly basis. Suitable mechanism may be worked out to implement this.
