M&L for Hardcore (broken stone or boulders) of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

Anti termiteTreating the soil under plinth protection at the rate of 5 litres of emulsion per square metre of surface area complete all as specified and directed.

Anti termite treatement Along the external wall below concrete or masonry apron using chemical emulsion @ 2.25 litres per linear metre including drilling and plugging holes etc. in apron complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 75 mm thick cement concrete in 1:3:6 type C-1,(using 20 mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in surface channels and drains complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregates) of 25 mm thick as in leveling course ,finished surfaces even and rough to receive floor finish complete all as specifed and directed.

Providing and fixing false ceiling at all heights with GRG (Glass fibre Reinforced Gypsum) false ceiling tiles of size 595 X 595 mm of approved texture, design and patterns having moisture content less than 2%, humidity resistance of 99%, NRCO 0.50 to 0.75 as per IS 8225: 1987, non coumbustible as per BS 476 (Part-4) - 1970 and light reflectance of 85% (Minimum) to be laid in the true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal T-grid of hot dipped galvanised iron section of 0.33 mm thick (galvanised @ 120 grams per sqm including both sides) comprising of main-T runners of size 15 x 32 mm of length 3000 mm, Cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 1200 mm and secondary intermediate cross-T of size 15 x 32 mm of length 600 mm to form grid module of size 600mm X 600mm suspended from ceiling using galvanised mild steel items (galvanised @ 80 grams per Sqm) i.e 50 mm long, 8 mm outer diameter M-6 dash fasteners, 6mm dia fully threaded hanger rod up to 1000 mm length and L-shape level adjuster of size 85x25x2 mm. galvanised iron perimeter wall angle of size 24x24x0.40 mm of length 3000 mm to be fixed on periphery wall / partition with the help of plastic rawl plugs at 450 mm center to center and 40 mm long dry wall wood screws. M&L for Non Skid coloured ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick (squares/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 350 x 250 x 7mm/ 450 x 350 x 7mm to 8mm in vertical surface as in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match with color of tiles over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement motor 1:4 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Dark shade/Double charged/ultracharged Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade Vetrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15mm thick screed bed in CM(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.
