OPERATION & MAINTENANCE

"Operation and maintenance of the 11KV/ 0.433KV electrical substation 1&2 with all Components. "

Operation and day-to-day maintenance of 5 Nos. D.G Sets.

Maintenance of the internal electrical Installation of all the buildings in the campus.

Maintenance of the Electrical Fitting/Installation on all side roads, compounds.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE - The schedule for Preventive maintenance of substation consisting of 5 Panel 11 KV HT Board, 3 Nos. 1000 KVA Transformers, Bus Ducting, LT Panels, Earth sets and cable terminations etc. While all specialized tools/plants/instruments required for preventive maintenance are included, any material required for repair/replacement of any items is not included, for which additional payment will be made after verifying the rate. The entire job will be done under the supervision of a qualified/ licensed Engineer and work will be done as per the manufacturer’s recommendations and best engineering practice.

Electrical Substation

Servicing of 5 Panel 11 KV HT Panel including general cleaning, relay lubrication as per manufacturers recommendations and meter/ relay Testing and calibration with primary/ secondary injection test.

Transformer Oil filtration, dehydration and topping up Buckholtz Relay testing, checking of LT/ HT earth terminations, Di-electric testing,insulation testing, general servicing of Transformer.

Transformer Oil Topping, Supply and topping up oil.

LT Sub Panel (Power/light supply panel & AC plant panel) – cleaning, tightening of bolts examination of insulation and checking of proper termination of bus ducting of the all building & street light panel at Noida Campus

LT Bus Ducting – Opening, cleaning, tightening of bolts examination of insulation and checking of proper termination of bus ducting of the entire substation.

LT Panel – Capacitor panel servicing: Opening, cleaning, tightening of all bolts, checking proper termination of all cables, checking working of indication and measuring instruments.

Servicing and relay testing of all ACB’s of LT panels and servicing of all MCCB’s/ Switches and ensuring proper contact cleaning and termination of cables (once six months before Due date).

Identifying the earth electrodes of all transformer neutrals, DG set neutrals, Body earthling and providing new earth pit covers and taking earth Testing measurements of all earth tests. And all building panel point. With required man power.

Painting of substation equipment’s to include HT Panels, Transformers, Bus-Ducting, LT Panels, Capacitor Panels, DG Set Acoustic enclosure and substation outdoor wire mesh fencing after Thoroughly cleaning the surface of all equipment’s with superior paint as approved.

Painting of substation walls/ ceiling & with Oil Bound Distemper. Fancy Jal of substation-01 &02

Road/ Compound Lights/ Garden Lights

Painting of all poles, marking, cleaning of all fittings, and repair of Central Switchgear of Pole. ( once in a Year )

Proper setting of loose electrical wires and cleaning of electrical installations inside the panel rooms (once in a year)

Providing and making route marker sign plates for HT lines from meter panel to buildings and substation at every 10 meter interval with height 1.5 feet.

Providing & fixing 33 KV rubber mat 914.4 mm wide and 15 mm thick to withstand 11 KV Dielectric strength.

Repair of Non- functional Potential Transformer (PT ) installed in HT Panel at Subtion-01

Replacement of incomer power supply incomer switch (DTH 800 MCCB 415 VOLT 50 KA ) of 500 KVA DG Set at substation-01

Procurement of ON LINE UPS 1 KVA with inbuilt Battery system for power supply of PLC panel at substation -01

Replacement of Under Voltage Relay & Timer Switch in main LT panel at Substation -01

Supply OF EXIDE GOLD BATTERY 180AH 12 VOLT FOR & brass terminal complete connection lead heavy Duty

Supply and fixing of Exhaust fan in PLC panel
