| 1.00Scope of Work/Technical Specifications etc.: 1. Periodical/Scheduled Inspection and Maintenance: A. To carry out periodic / scheduled inspection and maintenance of entire system as per the check sheet and OEM /OES/OPM recommendations. B. Attend and rectify major breakdown / repair if any within 24 hours of complaint. C. Assist in planning of spares for maintenance and repair to be procured and provided by project / NCL. 2. Details of Work: - This includes: A. Periodic/Scheduled Inspection and Maintenance. Thorough inspection of AC system performance by team consisting of one system specialist with a technician in line with the check sheet in each equipment, three times in a month. B. Refrigerant & compressor oil filling. This includes: a. Leakage test with nitrogen at every joint by means of applying soap solution. b. Vacuum formation in the system by means of vacuum pump. c. Refrigerant charging with the adjustment of high and low pressure cut-offs. d. Compressor oil filling as per requirement of System. e. Ensuring proper cooling of the operator cabin. In addition to this, refrigerant top up will be taken care for proper cooling of the operator cabin. 3. If the machine remains breakdown for a complete month, no payment shall be made for that machine in that particular month. | |||||
| 2.00 | Charges of Annual Maintenance Contract for air conditioner fitted in P&H- 1900AL, Sl. No. 3 Shovel of Khadia Project including Periodical /Scheduled Inspection and Maintenance inclusive of manpower, tools & tackles, refrigerant and its charging and compressor oil and its filling for the period of 365 days including contractor's profit.
