Demolition of Brickwork or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in Cement Mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Metal suspended ceiling system OREO GI laid in plain 600 mm x 600 mm x 0.50 mm (tegular) edge tiles in global white colour to be laid on strong 24mm T-section flanges colour white having rotary stitching on the main runner with web height of 38mm. Note: (i) To comprise main runner spaced at 1200mm centres securely fixed to the structural soffit at 1200mm maximum centre.The first/last suspension system at the end of each main runner should not be greater than 450 mm from the adjacent wall.Flush fitting 1200 mm long cross tees to be interlocked between main runners at 600mm centre to form 1200 x 600 mm mould.Cut cross tees longer than 600mm require independent support. 600 X 600 mm module to be formed by fitting 600mm long flush fitting cross tees centrally between the 1200mm cross tees. Perimeter trim to be wall angles of size 3000x19x19mm, secured to walls at 450mm maximum centres. (ii) Suspension system accessories consisting of HLC sleeve anchor fasterners of thread size 6.50 mm x 25/5 with soffit cleat made of galvanised steel of size 37 x 25 x 1.60 mm & level clip in dimensions of 85 x 30 x 0.80 mm with 4mm GI wire complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering including stacking properly complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.6mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Rolled mild steel sections as in, main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins, where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates etc. Conforming to Fe-290(GdeE-165) complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any descripetion over 10cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
