Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

Banker Details

The intending bidder shall have been successfully executed Industrial painting or coating works as a part of work or as an independent work in any utility or industrial establishment as a prime contractor in a single work order not less than total value of Rs 5.19 Lakhs (Exclusive of GST) in the preceding five financial years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26. Scanned copies of Work Order and Work Done or Proof for Work Completion reports signed by competent authority should be submitted

The intending bidder in his name shall have in the last five (5) financial years i.e., from 2021-22 to 2025-26, achieved in at least two financial years an average annual financial turnover not less than Rs. 10.38 Lakhs. Scanned copies of annual turnover statement certified by chartered accountant should be submitted as a documentary proof.
