Complete removing of existing treatment by scrapping with asian aints trucare wall sander: L- 01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) or equivalent having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 grit having dia of 7" to 9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc working ht up 15 m. by skilled labour complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L waterproof cement based putty @ 1Kg(undiluted) per sqm of average thickness 1mm of asian paints or its equivalent over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete all sanding of the putty surface with asian paints trucare wall sander :- 01H-01 or equivalent (having mechanical vaccume mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour step 1) mix the putty powder by adding 40-50% water and mix it with asian paints trucare putty mixer (trucare putty mixer with min 1400 W power having mixer rod of industrial stell grade 45 with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute). Step 2- apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application of asian paints trucare grace spray machine (model:; EH 230 DI) or equivalant having a DC electric motor of 3.3 KW having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a miximum pressure 230 bar having maximum tip size 0.041" step 3) allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface, working height upto 15m, complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for one coat of acrylic water based interior grade primer @ 0.8 ltr (undiluted)/10 sq mtrs diluted with water in 1:1 ratio to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application of asian paints trucare graco or equivalent having an electric motor of min. 1 HP with a flow speed of min 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface for painting of subsequent quotes.working ht up 15m, complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper using airless spray technology withmax working pressure of 3300 PPSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer's with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface to achieve excellent application using limited manpower complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500-2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. working height upto 15 m, complete all as specified.

M&L for two coats of cement base paint over prepared surface of wall using auto-roller and airless paint sprayer, working ht up 15m, complete all as specified and dircted.

M&L for washed stone grit plaster on exterior walls in two layers, under layer 12mm cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, applying cement slurry on the under layer @ 3 Kg of cement per square metre, top layer 15mm cement plaster 1:1/2:2 (1 cement: 1/2 coarse sand : 2 stone chipping 10mm nominal size) in panels with groove all around as per approved pattern including scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stone chippings, working ht up to 09 Storey (30m), complete all as specified. Note:- Payment for providing grooves shall be measured and paid separately.

S&F rough cast, wired fibre glass sheet exc 6mm to 10 mm thick fixed with flat iron and nut bolts in squre/rectangle & as required exc 0.75sqm but n.exc 1.00sqm in each pane fixed with necessary securing arragement as previus at height upto 15m including hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality, or description) from metal frame glazed with putty or fixed with beads/ clips complete all as speccified and direccted.

M&L required for forming groove of uniform size 15mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster as per approved pattern using wooden battens, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, repair to the edges of panels and finishing the groove complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair stainless steel wire cloth, 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm, fixed with stainless steel wire staples beads, tinned tacks to wooden doors shutters complete all as specified and dircted.
