REPAIR/SERVICING OF SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER AT AF STN PUNE

JOB WORK FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT SERVICING OF 125 KVA SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER (SL-1/62006) MAKE-VOLTAAMPS CONTROLS (I) PVT LTD INSTALLED AT NEW SRE BLDG AT AF STN PUNE (a) Material and labour for taking shutdown and disconnecting electric supply from LT Panel, inspecting the fault in the servo voltage stabilizer and taking out the defective parts from servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 125KVA and cleaning, servicing and maintenance alongwith replacement the defective parts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- Voltamps Controls (I) Pvt Ltd-01 Job. (b) M&L for topping up of superior grade of transformer oil to the voltage stabilizer having total tank capacity of 420 Ltrs and checking of all gaskets complete top up qty aprox-100Ltrs. (c) M&L for taking out the defective control card from the servo voltage stabilizer properly and supply and fix new control card as per existing make and model. Approx-02 Nos. (d) M&L for removing damaged gear and supply and fix new gear of size 180 teeth. 20DP Make WIE. Approx-02 Nos. (e) M&L for taking out unsv motor from the stabilizer and supply and fix new reversible synchronous motor of low speed instant start stop high torque of Type-PS-10, Line amps-0.15, Voltage-240 Volt frequency-50 Hz, RPM-60 and Torque-10Kg-cm to voltage stabilizer with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.01 Job. (f) M&L for taking out old unsv variac and carbon brushes and transport it to the workshop to remove burned coil and rewind it with copper wire-approx 03 variac (approx 10kg copper winding in each variac, total-30kg) of same gauge and refix the same in the voltage stabilizer alongwith new carbon brushes-09 Nos of same specifications as per existing make and with all necessary fixtures complete all as specified and directed-01Job. (g) M&L for testing and commissioning of the repaired servo voltage stabilizer by connecting main supply at the input and measure the voltage at output using multimeter at each phase. The voltage at the output must be within permissible limit as specified by the OEM also terminate the LT Cable taken out in item No.1 above and restore the electric supply complete as directed.

JOB WORK FOR REPAIR/REPLACEMENT SERVICING OF 630 KVA SERVO VOLTAGE STABILIZER (SL-12/12/210) MAKE-VOLINA INSTALLED AT PS-II BLDG AT AF STN PUNE (a) Material and labour for taking shutdown and disconnecting electric supply from LT Panel, inspecting the fault in the servo voltage stabilizer and taking out the defective parts from servo voltage stabilizer of capacity 630KVA and cleaning, servicing and maintenance alongwith replacement the defective parts, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make- VOLINA -01 Job. (b) M&L for topping up of superior grade of transformer oil to the voltage stabilizer having total tank capacity of 1500 Ltrs and checking of all gaskets complete top up qty aprox-250Ltrs. (c) M&L for taking out the defective control card from the servo voltage stabilizer properly and supply and fix new control card as per existing make and model. Approx-02 Nos. (d) M&L for removing damaged gear and supply and fix new gear of size 180 teeth. 20DP Make WIE. Approx-02 Nos. (e) M&L for taking out unsv motor from the stabilizer and supply and fix new servo motor, Voltage-240volt frequency-50 Hz and Torque-20Kg-cm to voltage stabilizer with all fittings and fixtures complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.02 Nos. (f) M&L for taking out old unsv variac and carbon brushes and transport it to the workshop to remove burned coil and rewind it with copper wire-approx 03 variac (approx 30kg copper winding in each variac, total-90kg) of same gauge and refix the same in the voltage stabilizer alongwith new carbon brushes-09 Nos of same specifications as per existing make and with all necessary fixtures complete all as specified and directed-01 Job. (g) M&L for testing and commissioning of the repaired servo voltage stabilizer by connecting main supply at the input and measure the voltage at output using multimeter at each phase. The voltage at the output must be within permissible limit as specified by the OEM also terminate the LT Cable taken out in item No.1 above and restore the electric supply complete as directed.
