Laying of LT power cable from substation-1 to DRT pilot plant, supply and installation of 400kvar capacitor bank and other allied works at CSIR-IMMT, Bhubaneswar-751013

Providing and fixing 800 amp rating and 35KA or more breaking capacity and four pole MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders/copper busbar (from main bus bar to MCCB and MCCB to cable alley) as per requirement in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections with copper busbar of equivalent size along with extended rotary handle & spreader terminal etc. as required.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of brass nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I.pipe from earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Supplying and making end termination with brass compression gland and aluminium lugs for 3.5core x 400 sq mm size of PVC insulated armoured and PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 1600amp Air Circuit Breaker, breaking capacity lcu=lcs=lcw=50kA for 1 second, 400Volt, four pole, electrically operated Draw out type (EDO) with Micro processor based release protection (O/L, E/F, S/C) , Shunt & U/V release Make : L&T (C-Power) in the existing panel with existing frame etc as required.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of multifunction meter, three phase (Voltage, Current, PF, KWH, KVA, Kvar etc) ct input : - / 5amp, votage input - 415volt, Aux supply -230volt, Accuracy class:-1.0, Make: Secure swift elite / L & T / Schinder in the existing panel etc as required

Supplying and laying of one number XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed AL. conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade FINOLEX/ POLYCAB /KEI make of 3.5core x 400 sq mm size cables in the existing hume pipe etc. as required.

Supplying and laying of one number XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed AL. conductor power cable of 1.1 KV grade FINOLEX/ POLYCAB /KEI make of 3.5core x 400 sq mm size cables in the existing trench / open duct etc. as required.
