Removing Top Cover Plate by opening of Bolt and nuts of T/F and other internal connection of T/F required for repairing safely and reconnect it after appropriately after Minor repairing work of Medium Power Distribution Transformer(l l/O.4 KV) installed at various site for Stopping Oil leakage from T/F, Replacement of Damaged H.T/LT Bushing Rod and other work as per site requirement & site conditions. Firm has to make arrangement for draining and refilling of T/F Oil , if required for carrying out the work. (Distance of 50 Km. from concerned store)

Toping Up/Filling of Reclaimed T/F Oil in T/F's

(a) T/F Oil in following capacity of T/F's up to 2/3rd level of conservator Tank for Distribution T/F having less Oil as per Indent placed for repairing by JE/SDO. Filling up of these T/F by Reclaimed T/F Oil upto required level and carriage of reclaimed T/F Oil, T/F drums from concerned store/site including safe loading and unloading at both ends. Complete in all respect as per site requirement( Reclaimed T/F Oil will be provided by the concerned JE(D) ( Required Vehicle & suitable Container for storage of Reclaimed T/F Oil will be arranged by the Contractor at his own cost.)

Replacement of Old and Damaged H.T Busihing rod including Oil Seal/Gaskits etc. ( 160, 250, 400, 630 and 1000 KVA T/F)

(a) Removal of Old and damaged H.T Busing Rod from T/F and fixing of suitable size new H.T Busing rod made of Brass with all nuts and bolts etc. including replacement of all old/damaged Neoprene Oil seal/Gasket set by fixing suitable size New Neoprene Oil Seal/Gasket Set & as per site requirement, Complete Job in all respect. (All material will be provided by the Department)

Replacement of Old and Damaged L.T Bushing rod including Oil Seal/Gaskits etc. Removal of Old and damaged L.T Busing Rod from T/F and fixing of suitable size new L.T

(a) Busing rod made of Brass with all nuts and bolts etc. including replacement of all old/damaged Neoprene Oil seal/Gasket set by fixing suitable size New Neoprene Oil Seal/Gasket Set & as per site requirement, Complete Job in all respect. ( All material will be provided by the contractor)

Stopping Oil leakage from T/F H.T/LT Bushing side.

(a) Stopping of Oil leakage from T/F L.T/H.T Side Bushing. Removing of all damaged oil Seal/Gasket Set/Cork sheet and fixing of suitable size new Neoprene Oil seal/Gasket set/Cork sheet and tightening of H.T/LT bushing rod Complete Job in all respect. ( All material will be provided by the contractor)

Replacement of Old and Damaged LT PVC CABLE (All Material will be provided by Contractor)

(a) Replace LT Aluminum unarmored XLPE/PVC Cable 3.5x400 Sq.mm

(b) Replace LT Aluminum unarmored XLPE/PVC Cable 1X400 Sq.mm

(c) Replace LT Aluminum unarmored XLPE/PVC Cable 1X240 Sq.mm

Replacement of Old and Damaged Suitable capacity of Aluminum Lugs (All Material will be provided by Contractor).

(a) supply & fixing of suitable capacity of lugs after removing old and damaged lugs from various capacity of PVC cable with using crimping tools.

Repairing of Old and Damaged Distribution Box. (All Material will be provided by contractor)

(a) SMC L.T. Distribution Pillar box with one incomer and 3 sets of 300 Amps Kit Kat rewritable type fuse unit for outgoing circuits complete, connected on 800A bus bar.

Provision of fuse unit at LT side:-To protect transformer by unbalancing and overloading, provision of fuse unit to be installed at LT side with suitable capacity of Fuse assembly ( All Material as fuse assembly, nut bolts etc. will be provided by contractor)

(a) 160, 250 KVA KVA T/F

(b) 400. 630 KVA and 1000 KVA T/F

Provision of fuse unit at HT side:-To protect transformer by unbalancing and overloading, provision of fuse unit to be installed at HT side with suitable capacity of Fuse assembly ( All Material as fuse assembly, nut bolts etc. will be provided by contractor)

Repair and Maintenance of Old and Damaged Transformer Earthing

(a) Maintenance and repair of Transformer Body and Neutral Earthing PIPE/ROD are Damaged, in case of missing pole earthing, provision of M.S Rod Of 20x25mm and 6 SWG earthing wire .will be done by new one as per site requirement. Contactor to ensure that earth connection properly should be tight and earth resistance should be less then 01ohm.(All Material Provide by contactor)

Provision of Pipe earthing of body and neutral at two points

(a) Provision of 7fit deep pipe earthing of transformer body and neutral seperately with 1.5 inch dia 60fit pipe. Contactor to ensure that earth connection properly should be tight and earth resistance should be less then 01ohm.(All Material Provide by contactor)

Maintenance Repairing Of Damage T/F Plinth / L T Distribution box Plinth

(a) Plinth by Using Bricks ,ballast or sand and Cement. (All Material will be provided by Contactor.
