Providing and fixing aluminium work for doors, windows, ventilators and partitions make of Hindco Co., Jindal India Aluminum Co. with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-incharge for fixed portion (Powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) (Glazing, paneling and dash fasteners to be paid for separately) as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Providing and fixing 12mm (twelve milimeter) thick Phenol bonded pre-laminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 with decorative lamination on both sides Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium grill Hindalco, Jindal, Indian Aluminum Co. (anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS:1868 with minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) of approved design/pattern, with approved standard section and fixed to the existing window frame with C.P. brass/ stainless steel screws @ 200 mm( two hundred millimeter) centre to centre, including cutting the grill to proper opening size for fixing and operation of handles and fixing approved anodised aluminium standard section around the opening, all complete as per requirement (Only weight of grill to be measured for payment) as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. Providing and fixing panelling or panelling and glazing in panelled or panelled and glazed shutters for fly proof stainless steel grade 304 wire gauge with 0.5 mm (zero point five millimeter) dia. wire and 1.4mm (one point four millimeter) wide aperture with matching aluminium beading doors, windows and clerestory windows (Area of opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grooves or rebates to be measured). Panelling for panelled or panelled and glazed shutters 25 mm (twenty five millimeter) to 40 mm (forty millimeter) thick as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Providing and fixing glazing with float glass panes of 5 mm (five millimeter) thickness (weight not less than 12.50 kg/ sqm) in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of engineer-in-charge (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item) as per the direction by the Engineer-in-charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts including other incidentals. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Excavation in all kind of soil work by mechanical means (Hydraulic Excavator / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) in all kind of soil, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, upto any lift, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soils as directed, within any lead as per the direction by Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. Any loss to the public / private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases. Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:4:8(one cement: four coarse sand: eight graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty miillmeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centering and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement:three sand: six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (fourty millimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per CPWD specifications 2019 complete and direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate is including octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government excluding Goods Service Tax.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in all shapes and sizes in cement mortor 1:6 (one cement: six coarse sand) as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
