Providing and applying a two component crack bridging, elastomeric, fast curing 2 component hybrid polyurea waterproofing membrane system, spray applied to achieve a dry film thickness of minimum 1.5 mm by a two‐part hot spray equipment after the application of epoxy primer on the prepared surface with a consumption of 0.8 -1.2 kg/sqm depending on the porosrity and undulations of the surface. The waterproofing membrane must be applied in minimum 2 coats after application of epoxy based primer followed by the sprinkling of quartz 0.5mm for better adhesion, the waterproofing membrane having the following key performance properties and conforming to standards and approvals of Engineer-in-charge. Providing and laying of Micro cocnrete M-40 grade of equivalent meterial blended with washed surface- dry (SSD) graded. Low absorption high density aggregates of size 10 mm & below up to 20 % by weight of micro concrete and water at 4 ltr per 25 kg per bag and pouring into the from work using suitable pumping device for uniform flow of concrete. The side shuttering can be removed after 3 days and the bottom shuttering after 7 days ensuring proper bond between the micro concrete and exieting concrete substrate item rate inclusive of all meterials, labours, supervision, tools, tackles, transportion, curing etc. complete as p[er specification and as directed formwork will be paid separately on the bassis of item of formwork.
