Repair to roof treatment of certain bldgs in the AoR of DIPAC under AGE (I) (U) B/R Delhi Cantt-10

Amount

Dismanting of any roof treatment on concrete slab or brick tiles or terracing tiles single layer on roof of any position and or any height ,jointed and grouted / pointed in cement mortar including cleaning serviceable tile and stacking properly for re-use, disposal of unserviceable tiles and debris /rubbish from site complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of mud in roof any thickness including plastering, leeping (whether full thickness removed or only a part thereof) , and mud removing to out side of defence land etc, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Mud stacking shall not be allowed at site)

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including 5mm thick cement mortar(1:3) over at a time of green concrete surface in roof padding of any position of any height complete all as specified.

Provinding and applying Smartcare crack seal, for interior or exterior surface of walls and ceiling on horizontal / vertical surface upto 5mm depth and 3mm wide, after taking down the cracks with cheisal and cleaning the surface with brushes as per directed. Make :- Smartcare Crak Seal of Asain Paints (Product code: 1050) or or equivalent in burger and Nerolac or any other ISI / BIS approved product.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs , rounded or chamfered on edges including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry work built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar complete.

M&L for brick work with sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster , any description on brick or stone walls, etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work on concrete surfaces of using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : rate to be quoted by bidder inclusive WPC)

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer (chalk whiting ) complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down PVC pipe of any size of any description with fittings complete all as specifed and directed.

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia single socketed with rubber ring joints fixed to wall with clamps complete all as specified

S&F PVC (SWR) pipe 110 mm dia bends complete all as specified
