Annual maintenance Contract for split/ Window Air conditioner installed at HQ 28 Sector Assam Rifles Kakching alongwith its connected works with qtrly visiting with following works - (a) Every Machine shall be serviced at least once every quarter. A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the AC shall be maintained. (b) Quarterly Preventive maintainance shall include at least the fwg services: (c) Replacement of filter if found damaged./ unusable. (d) Check selector switch , thermostat, relays, remote controle etc (e) Checking motor bushing (f) Cleaning of blower and condenser fan. (g) cleaning the evaporator Condensor coil (h)Checking and tightening of nuts & bolts (j) Oiling the motors (k) Checking of the drivemotors and fans (l) Overhauling lf the AC with chemical washing process (m) Checking cooling efficiency (n) Checking firmness of the suppportng arraneent for the compressor, blower motor, air conditioners casing and fixing of the air conditioners etc. (o) Replacement of any component of air conditioners (Outdoor and indoor uits, inlet and outlet pipelines, electrical connections etc) found defective after the abvoe checks and tests. (p) Charging of refrigerant gas during the perid of Contract if need arises a maintenance schedule mutually agreed upon will be prepared before commencement of the AMC Any delay beyond the agreed schedule will attract penaly of 1%of Rate cntract value per day of delay or part there of subject to maximum deduction of 10% of the Rate Contract value.

The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid OEM tax invoice if same company spare not avl in Market then spares will be paid on company invoice with 15% Contractor profit. (a) Compressor (b) Running Capacitor (c) Fan Capacitor (d) Fan Motor (e) Grill (F) Chasis (G) Remote (h) Brass Pipe (j) PCB Board (k) Thermostate (l) Drain Pipe (m) Pipe insulation (m) Power Cord (m) Air Filer (n) Wall Bracket (o) Condensor of out door Unit.

Installation of New split Air conditioner stand on wall, connect inlet AC assembly to Air conditioner , connect electricity supply to Air conditioner and making insect proof the wall hole with white cement and Check split AC functions after installation

Dismantle of AC stand from wall, Dismantly/Fixed Front air grill, disconnect electricity supply to Air conditioner and re-installtion split Air conditiner stand on wall, connect inlet AC assembly to Air conditioner , connect electricity supply to Air conditioner and making insect proof the wall hole with white cement and Check split AC functions after installation

Re-filling the AC Gas, first check the compressor, connect valve on the compressor process tube, fill Gas according to air conditioner check leakage after refill gas

A record of such services duly acknowledged by the person using the machine or in his absence, in charge location of the RO shall be maintained. (b) Replacement of Filter Bag like paper filter bag & etc. (c)Replacement of RO Candle (d) Back wash & forward wash existing RO mainbran with chemicals (e) Replacement of RO Fitting as per requirements (f) Replacement of switch, socket & wiring as per requirements

The spares replaced under comprehensive maintenance shall be measured and paid OEM tax invoice if same company spare not avl in Market then spares will be paid on company invoice with 15% Contractor profit.
