Earthwork excavation and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift in all classes of soil except soft disintegrated rock and hard rock requiring blasting, including cost of all labour, equipments and all incidental charges such as baling our water, providing and maintaining necessary cofferdams, sheeting, shoring bracing and their subsequent removal, removal of all logs, stumps, grubs and other deleterious matter and obstructions, trimming bottom of excavation backfilling, and clearing the site and disposal of all surplus materials etc., complete as per relevant standard specification for FOUNDATION SS20B.

Cement Concrete 1;4:8 ( One Cement, Four sand and Eighte aggregate) mix using 40 mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for mixing, laying, finishing, curing etc complete as per the standard specification.

Steel centering for sides and soffits including supports and strutting upto 3.00 M height for Retaing wall, SWD wall sies etc; with all cross bracibngs using mild steel sheets of size 90cmx60 cmx 10 gauge stiffend with welded mils dteel angels of size 25mmx25mmx6mm for boarding laid over silver oak (country wood) joists of size 10 cmx6.5 spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10 cm to 13 cm dia spaced at 75 cm centre to centre etc; complete.

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 ( One cement, Two sand and Four aggregate) using 25mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete as per the standard specification.

Finishing the top of Flooring , with Gronalor thick Flloring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement two sand Four of Sand )using 10 to 12mm stone chips including cost of all materials, all laboure charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supply and fabricating and placing inposition of TMT steel rod for all reinforcement cement concrete work as per design given including the cost of steel and binding wire, all laboure charges etc complete as per standard specification

Reinfoced Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
