Safe carriage of 8.5 mtr. Long PCC pole from store center Etah/nearest 33/11 KV S/S to direct pit site in distance range 0 to 60 Km. Including loading & unloading at both ends.

Safe carriage of line material from store center Etah to pit site in distance range 0 to 60 km. Including loading & unloading at both ends.

Errection of 8.5 mtr. long PCC poles as single support including fixing of all HT/LT accessories etc and other work complete as per RESPO norms.

Dismantling and removal of existing ACSR Weasel/Dog/Raccon/Rabbit conductor from the various area, stacking and placement their coils and their in the respective J.E.’s (Store) as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the work of cartage the cost of labour T & P carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.

Laying sagging stringing, binding, jumpering & fixing of all accessories etc of following conductor on the newly/old erected pole as per RESPO manual and as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T & P, carrier etc required for proper completion of work. (i) ACSR weasel

(ii) Insulated conductor single phase

Straighting of tilted PCC/R.S.Joist poles of HT/LT line after opening of nozzling, digging of pit applying anti direction force for making of proper alignment of line.

Strainthing of tilted D/P after opening of connection applying anti direction force, digging of dug for proper alignment of line.

Opening of HT/LT connections & lowering of 25/63 KVA T/F from D/P and shifting up to in safer place.

Re-sagging of following loose conductor as per direction of supervising engineer. It includes the cost of labour, T & P carrier etc required for proper completion of work. (a) Of LT Line

(b) Of 11 KV Line

Earthling of PCC Pole with MS Earth Rod as per RESPO Specification.

Retightening of Stay rod. Etc. complete.

Providing fixing of stay rod with nuzzling etc. complete.

Replacement of following broken/damaged/missing accessories by new accessories including opening of the same and refixing. (i) 11 KV cross arms ‘V’ type

(ii) 11 KV pin insulator

(iii) 11 KV pin with nut

(iv) 11 KV disc insulator

(v) Cross arms holding clamps

(vi) F clamps

(vii) Stays Clamp

Carriage of old material from pit site to JE store/store center Etah in distance range 0 to 60 km. including loading & unloading and proper stacking.

Mounting of 25/63 KV Transformers on double pole including making of the connection etc complete.

Repairing/ resagging/ new guarding of HT Line with GI wire as per RESPO Norms.

Chopping of tree branches
