Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, precast cement concrete walling built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc., complete with removal of debris all as specified.

Demolition cement concrete in any position not other wise specifically and remove debris materials from site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of RCC water tank external capacity 300 to 500 ltrs on roof top of any storey bldgs and removed debris from site as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 metre mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as sepcified and as directed.

S & F flat iron for supprt to PVC water tank conforming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165, complete all as sepcified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning of PVC/GI water storage tank including removing all scales, dirt etc from tank and from the mouth of circulating pipe, not exc 500 Ltr capacity each complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning of PVC/GI water storage tank including removing all scales, dirt etc from tank and from the mouth of circulating pipe, not exc 1000 Ltr capacity each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F rotational molded polyethylene water storage tanks white tripple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) capacity 500 Ltr hoisted and fixed in position including taking down of existing tank all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair PVC ball valves high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for 20mm bore pipes all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 15mm Nipple suitable for PVC water tank hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F in repair of 20mm Nipple suitable for PVC water tank hoisted and fixed in position all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking up or down 15mm dia steel tubing and connections by disconnecting fittings/tubing from existing tubing were required including cleaning for refixing or removal from site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & fixed GI tubing medium grade 15mm dia incl fittings, cutting threading and fixing to walls or fixing in concealed walls or in floors etc, and making good the surfaces matching to exsiting surafaces of walls/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & fixed GI tubing medium grade 20mm dia incl fittings, cutting threading and fixing to walls or fixing in concealed walls or in floors etc, and making good the surfaces matching to exsiting surafaces of walls/ floor to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixed in repairs 20mm bore Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as levelling coarse/benching including WPC as per manufacturers instructions and finished even and fair without using extra cement. (WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 on brickwork or concrete surfaces with WPC applied, finshed even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed (WPC shall be measured and paid separately).
