EARTHWORK IN EXVATION: 1.1 Earth work in excavation for foundation trenches of walls, retaining walls, footings of column, steps, septic tank etc. including refilling(return filling) the quantity as necessary after completion of work, breaking clods in return filling, dressing, watering and ramming etc. and removal of surplus earth with all lead and lifts as directed and specified in the following classification of soils including bailing out water where necessary as directed and specified. A) Upto a depth of 2.00m below the existing ground level. i) In ordinary soil

1.3 Earth/Sand filling in plinth in layers not more than 150mm thick including necessary carriage, watering ramming etc. complete as directed and specified including payment of land compensation, forest royalty, sales tax and other duties and taxes as may be necessary. (c) With river sand or silt (Predominantly non plastic) by truck carriage including loading and unloading.

2.1 PLAIN CEMENT CONCRETE WORKS: 2.1.1 Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls,brick work etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete( shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately ) (a) In prop 1 cement :3 sand : 6 coarse aggregate by volume.

2.1.1 Plain cement concrete works with coarse aggregate of sizes 13mm to 32mm in foundation bed for footing steps, walls,brick work etc. as directed and specified including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete( shuttering where necessary shall be measured and paid separately ) (b) In prop 1 cement :4 sand : 8 coarse aggregate by volume.

REINFORCED CEMENT CONCRETE WORKS: 2.2.1 Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (from work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using Mixer Machine. (a) In substructre up to plinth level. Foundation, footing, columns with base tie and plinth beam, pile cap, base slab, retaining walls, walls of septic tank, inspection pit and the like and other works not less than 100mm thick up to plinth level. (N) Without using admixture. plasticiser. (c ) M25 grade concrete

2.2.1 Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (from work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using Mixer Machine. (B) In Supar structure from plinth level upto 1st floor level. (ii) Column, pillars, posts, struts, suspended floor, roof, landing, shelf and support balcony, lintel, sill band beam, girder, bressumer, cantilever, staiecase(except spiral staircase and landing)including preparing the top surface and finishing of noising. (N) Without using admixture. plasticiser. (c ) M25 grade concrete

2.2.1 Providing and laying plain/reinforced cement concrete works cement, coarse sand & 20mm down graded stone aggregate including dewatering if necessary, and curing complete but excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work (from work and reinforcement will be measured and paid separately) (I) Using Mixer Machine. (B) In Supar structure from plinth level upto 1st floor level. (iii) Vertical and horizontal fins (Tthickness not more than 100mm) individually or forming box louvre and projected band. (N) Without using admixture. plasticiser. (c ) M25 grade concrete

2.2.3 Extra over item Nos. 2.2.1 (I) (B), above for each subsequent floor or part thereof above tha 1st floor level.

SHUTTERRING WORKS 3.1 TIMBER SHUTTERING (FORMWORK) 3.1.1 Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. 3.1.1.1 Foundation, footing, bases of columns, pile cap, raft and mass concrete work etc. (b) Using 38mm thick plank.

3.1.1 Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. 3.1.1.2 Sides of the beams grade beams etc. at or below ground level. (b) Using 25mm thick plank.

3.1.1 Providing form work of ordinary timber planking so as to give a rough finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc. height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0m and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in. 3.1.1.3 Columns, Pillars, Posts & Struts. (b) Circular or curved in plan (Using 38mm thick plank)

3.1.2 Extra for each subsequent 1.0M height or part thereof beyond the initial height of 4.0M as mentioned in item no. 3.1.1

3.1.4 Extra for each subsequent floor or part thereof above first level as mentioned in item no. 3.1.1 & 3.1.3(b)

PLYBOARD SHUTTERING (FORMWORK) 3.2.1 Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to given a rough finish including centering shuttering , strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.1 Column, pillars posts & struct of square/rectangular/Polygonal in plain or any shape like Tee/L etc having plane vertical face.

3.2.1 Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to given a rough finish including centering shuttering , strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.2 Sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilever girders, bressumers, lintels and horizontal ties (a) For depth not exceeding 1.0M

3.2.1 Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to given a rough finish including centering shuttering , strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.3 Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings, cantelever slabs, chajjas, balconies and the like. (a) floors etc. upto 200mm in thickness.

3.2.1 Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to given a rough finish including centering shuttering , strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.5 Sloping or Battering sufaces such as sloped slabs etc. including folded plates. (a) Where inclination to horizontal plane does not exceed 30 degree requiring shuttering only on the underside,

3.2.1 Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to given a rough finish including centering shuttering , strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.7 Vertical ties, fins, sun breaker, louvers, bands, dropwalls etc.

3.2.1 Providing form work of 12mm thick plywood board so as to given a rough finish including centering shuttering , strutting and propping etc., height of propping and centering below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4.0M and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in: 3.2.1.8 Staircase with sloping or stepped soffits including risers and stringers but excluding landing.

3.2.4 Extra for each subsequent floor or part thereof above the first floor level as mentioned in item no. 3.2.1 & 3.2.3(b).

MASONARY WORK 4.1.1 Providing soiling in foundation and under floor with stone/ best quality picked jhama brick, sand packed and laid to level and in panel after preparing the subgrade as directed including all labour and materials and if necessary dewatering, complete. (a) Brick on flat soling

4.1.4 Brick work in cement morter with 1st class brick including racking out joints and curing complete as directed. (I) In Sub-structure up to plinth level including dewatering if necessary (b) In proportion 1:4

8.1.31 Providing plain Polycarbonate transparent sheet Ridging including supplying and fixing necessary self drilling, self tapping screws etc. complete as specified and directed. (ii) 230mm lapping.

8.1.32 Providing plain polycarbonate transparent sheet roofing at all levels with self drilling, self tapping screws complete (Roof trusses, purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately) (iii) 3.00 mm thick.

8.1.33 Providing pre painted Galvanized Iron Sheet Roofing (PPGI) at all levels including fitting and fixing with self drilling, self tapping screws complete. (Roof trusses, purlins etc. to be measured and paid separately.) TATA Blue scope/Dyna roof/ Durakolor/Wonder Roof or equivalent as directed by the Department (ii) 0.60 mm thick

8.1.34 Providing pre painted Galvanized iron sheet roofing (PPGI) accessories (Ridging/Valley/Gutter/ Flashing) at all levels including fitting and fixing self drilling, self tapping screws comlete. TATA Blue scope/Dyna roof/ Durakolor/Wonder Roof or equivalent as directed by the Department (iv) 0.60mm thick

18.1.1 Supplying, fitting and fixing in position reinforcement bars conforming to relevent I.S code for R.C.C. work/ R.B. willing including straightening cleaning, cutting and bending to proper shapes and length as per details, supplying and binding with 20 G annealed black wire and placing in position with proper blocks, supports, chair, anchor etc. complete (No extra measurement for lap, hook, chair, anchor etc. will be entertained in the measurement as they are included in the rate)(Upto 1st floor level) (a) From Primary Producer: TATA/SAIL/ESSER Steel/Jindal steel/Shyam steel/ RINIL. (i) TMT Corrosion resistant steel (CRS) reinforcement bar.

18.1.2 Extra over item 18.1.1 (a,b,c) for each subsequent floor or part thereof above first floor level.

18.3 ROOF TRUSS 18.3.2 Providing, fitting, hoisting and fixing of roof trusses fabricated out of combination of any two or all of the following sections (i) Square section (ii) Rectangular Hollow section of specification RSH/SHS and (iii) M.S circular hlollow section of Grade 210 including purlins, bottom runners and providing M.S cleat, M.S angle base plank, bolts and nuts with red oxide primer including fitting bottom runner and cleat etc. for fixing ceiling joits as per design complete as directed as per specifications. b) Using other ISI marked approved brand tube.

PRE CONSTRUCTION ANTI-TERMITE TREATMENT 26.1.1 Pre constraction anti- termite treatment at the bottom of foundation pits and walls on either side upto a height of 300mm from bottom of the excavation made for column plinth beam, wall, trenches etc. by applying the emulsion @5(five) liters per square meter of the surface area before starting construction work (supplying of necessary tools and accessories by the contractor) as per direction of the Department complete. a) With aqueous emulsion having concentration 1:19 with chloropirophose solution (trical or euivalant) and water, i.e. 1% solution.
