S & F for aluminum powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, powder coated aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 No.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 No.) suitable handle (1 No.) complete all as specified.

S & F aluminium deco grills conforming to DG-104 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F for aluminum powder coated any colour (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) as in door shutters, aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges, anodised aluminium snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 5.5mm thick selected quality tined glass and glazing in square exc 0.50 sqm each fixed with PVC/neoprene gasket in aluminium frame work complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F brass body mortice lock vertical type size 100mm 4 lever, including escutcheon plate and two Nos keys fixed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing factory made uPVC white colour casement (Openable) door made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+/- 0.2mm). Window profile with hollow section with multi chamber, frame (60mmx58mm), sash (60mmx78mm). T profile (One vertical length in between two shutters) (60mmx71mm) Glazing bead corners, including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drianage of water etc. making arrangement for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket + -0.2 mm thick galvanised steel frame (28mmx21.5mm) sash (31mmx27mm) 'T' profile (27mmx17mm) to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mm x 100mm long fastners. Hardware : [ casement door handle made of zinc alloyed (while powder coated) Corner strikers: Cyilnder. Door transmission gear made of mild steel with multi point locking system with strikes, 3D hinges of zinc alloyed (white powder coated)] and 5mm thick glazing with selected quality glass, Complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
