Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, for taking out old pipe and laying new pipe line, for laying cable etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate ) in cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, old size, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 mtr mean radius and built in cement mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for brickwork with fly ash bricks, old size straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, builts in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour 20mm thickness approved shade granite of minimum size equal to width of slab, machine cut, granite duly factory grinding and polishing (table rubbed and mirror polished) and chamfering/rounding the outer edges, as in cooking platform, in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills and like laid over and including 20mm thick cement mortar (1:4) screed bed including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including accomodate the hole for gas pipe, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and riser to steps etc size 250mmx 350mmx 7mm /450mmx 350mmx 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match laid over including 10mm thick rendering CM (1:4), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and fixing Ornamental stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of hollow tubes, channels, plates etc, including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (where ever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete, including fixing the railing with necessary accessories & stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc, of required size, on the top of floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material (surplus soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on otherthan fair faces of Brick walls or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate)(Nominal mix) as in columns, pillars, posts and struts including necessary form work with plain fair faces, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete including fabrication as directed, including hold fast, locking arrangement, sliding door bolt, stopper etc conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165), complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25cm, in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation for filling in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for angle iron posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for mild steel screws bolt (Machine made) with hexagonal or square heads one end screwed, each screwed end have one washer and one nut, dia of shrunk 5mm-10mm and length of bolt exc 5cm and not exc 10cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only GI wire 3-4 mm thickness chain link fencing with 50x50mm mesh size and fixed to any type of strandard rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed. Note-Weight of chain link fencing shall be assessed by BOO

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Surface dressing not exc 15cm deep in soft/ loose soil including removing bushes/ small trees etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in cills, steps, coping and like including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description not otherwise described not exceeding 10cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (1st quality) of approved tint/colour over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Supply and fix steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161-1979 grade St.-240, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for pre-painted galvanlume aluminium zinc coating having GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.50mm thick of any colour and shape of sheet approved by AGE(I) as in tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screw, complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) shape of sheet approved by AGE(I) (ii) Fixing of sheets will be done strictly according as per manufacurer's instructions.

Contract Amount shall be derived after affecting the amount of Schedule of Credit in General Summary on serial page No 18 of tender documents.
