A. Dismantling & Demolition: Dismantling existing damaged paver block / paver tiles / plain cement concrete or bituminous road by chiselling at all levels including scaffolding, disposal of materials to the MCGM dumping ground etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Demolishing brick /stone masonry in cement mortar and plaster at all floors & levels including scaffolding, stacking of serviceable materials & disposing of unserviceable materials to the MCGM dumping ground etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
B.Earthwork: Earth work excavation over areas in all soils except soft and hard rocks and disposing off the surplus soil to the MCGM dumping ground etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the E-I-Charge.
Supplying, lowering, laying RCC Hume (Class NP2) of IS:458 with necessary collars, laid to correct grade and levels at all depth including cutting to required lengths, jointing with hemp yarn and cement mortar 1:1 caulking the joints and finishing, curing, testing etc. complete as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete using graded stone aggregate of 20mm max. size including consolidation, finishing, curing, cost of form work, shuttering, cantering etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the E-I-Charge.
Reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete at all floors & levels including, supplying, cutting, bending, fixing and tying in position with 1.6 mm dia soft drawn annealed binding wire including cost of binding wire, labour etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Binding wire required for the work will have to be supplied by the contractor & the same will not be measured for payment.
a) With high yield strength deformed bars ( Tor steel, Tistrong or equivalent)
C.Brickwork: Brick work in cement mortar 1:6 using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality including scaffolding, raking out joints above ground level simultaneous pointing with CM 1:4 below ground level, curing etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) In foundation & plinth, drain walls, chambers etc.
b) In super structure at all floors and levels.
Half brick masonry using well burnt locally available bricks of approved quality in cement mortar 1:4 at all floors and levels including RCC 1:2:4, 115 mm wide & 80 mm thick stiffeners at every one metre height with 2 Nos. of 6 mm dia M.S. rods including form work, scaffolding, raking out joints, curing, etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) In partition walls with stiffeners.
b) In partition walls without stiffeners.
D.Stone Masonry: Random rubble masonry using spotless black trap or approved locally available stone in cement mortar 1:6 including raking out joints, scaffolding simultaneous flush pointing using through bond stones at every 900 mm in horizontal & vertical courses of each layer, including AC pipe 50mm dia weep hole at 1.5m c/c in horizontal & in vertical, curing etc. complete all as directed by the EIC
a) In foundation & ground level up to plinth.
b) In super structure.
Providing, fabricating and fixing in position structural steel, M. S. Angle, M. S. Chanel, M. S. Flat etc. conforming to IS 800-2007 latest revision and steel tube shall be of grade YST 240 or equivalent conforming to IS: 1161-2014 and all rolled section shall be of grade E 250 conforming to IS: 2062-2011 and all rectangular / square hollow section shall be of grade YST 240 or equivalent conforming to IS: 4923-2017 all shall be manufacturers by M/s SAIL or Tata steel or M/s Rastriya Ispat Nigam Ltd. & steel corporation Ltd. Including cost of hot dip galvanised of property class / grade 5.6 conforming to IS 1367 (part-3)- 2017 and IS: 1367 (part-13) -2020 and SS screws shall be of grade A2/70 conforming to IS:1367 (Part-14)-2018 etc. Including applying to all the structural member shall be hot dip galvanised and mass of zinc coating shall not be less than 610 gsm of total surface and conforming to IS: 4759 latest revision and including necessary scaffolding and shifting arrangement for installation of structure frame work etc., complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge. Note for the Testing of material: - The contractor shall furnished the test report received from the factory.
Supplying, erecting & fixing in position 8 gauge G.I. concertina wire fencing to existing barbed wire fencing /masonry wall work which consist of procuring G.I. concertina of approved quality, brand and of diameter as indicated below, erecting and fixing the same to top /side of ‘Y’ shaped angle provided over coping of compound wall, fixing concertina over ground along inside of compound wall including welding / screwing concertina to M.S. ‘Y’ angle to compound wall including cost of materials, labour, scaffolding etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
a) Providing and fixing 600mm dia concertina to side / top of ‘Y’ shaped barbed wire fencing.
b) Providing and fixing 900mm dia concertina to side / top of ‘Y’ shaped barbed wire fencing.
Supplying and fixing in position, 2 ply, 12 gauge, 4 spikes at 100 mm c/c G.I. barbed wire to M.S. angles / RCC wooden posts including supplying and fixing necessary ‘J’ hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples as required etc. including scaffolding etc. complete all as per Engineer-In-charge direction.
Removing the existing fencing made with M.S. Angles post & supports, other M.S. members covered with M.S. Weldmesh including scaffolding, cutting of structural members by gas cutting removing the nut bolts etc. complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing in position G.I. chain link fencing of 8 gauge and mesh size of 50mm x 50mm to M.S. post including scaffolding fixing the same with necessary ‘J’ hooks, bolts, nuts, washers, staples, 6mm M.S. Fixing rods including applying to all the fencing shall be hot dip galvanised and mass of zinc coating shall not be less than 610 GSM of total surface and conforming to IS: 4759 latest revision and including necessary scaffolding and shifting arrangement for installation of structure frame work etc., complete all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying 80 mm thick paver block of M/s Supertile or approved make of size 200 mm X200 mm or required size over 50 mm thick stone dust beading, compacting, finish to line, level slope and plumb including cutting the block, making opening / cut-out wherever required, including removing existing damaged paver block including wastage, final cleaning disposing of debris out of the premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.
Providing and laying 250 mm X 250 mm X 25 mm thick paver tiles or required size as per existing pattern and design over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 bedding, compacting, finish to line, level slope and plumb including cutting the block, making opening / cut-out wherever required, including removing existing damaged paver tiles including wastage, final cleaning disposing of debris out of the premises etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.
Providing and fixing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (using 20 mm max graded stone aggregate) Kerb stone of size 125 mm wide and 375 mm deep (5"X15") curved at inner edge of 25 mm radius including necessary form work, compaction, finishing, curing including adding pigment of required colour fixing with cement mortar 1:3 jointing and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
Providing and laying precast hydraulically pressed marble mosaic tiles of Size 200 mm X 200 mm X 20 -22 mm thick (Heritage series of M/s Bharat tiles or equivalent as approved by competent authority) in flooring of approved colour, shade and design in white cement in cement mortar 1:4 bedding 20 mm thick with double grouting of joints with matching colouring pigment (matching to existing tiles, colour, shade & design & patterned) including machine polishing etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the EIC.
a) for flooring precast hydraulically pressed marble mosaic tiles of Size 200 mm X 200 mm X 20 -22 mm thick
b) for skirting of precast hydraulically pressed marble mosaic tiles of Size 200 mm X 100 mm X 20 -22 mm thick (Heritage series of M/s Bharat tiles or equivalent etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the EIC.
Sand faced cement plaster 20 mm thick in CM 1:4, two coats using factory manufactured pre-mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechanical mixing with water in a metallic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces with base coat of 12 mm thick and finishing coat of 8 mm thick final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. including removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC. NOTE: 1. The contractor must take full precautions that original brick work is not damaged while dismantling of plaster. In case of any damage the same shall be made good with 22g chicken wire mesh at his own cost. No separate payment for any additional thickness of plaster if any will be made. Contractor must visit site and acquaint himself with the condition of building.
Providing and applying cement based wall care putty in one coat of Birla wall care putty of M/s.Birla/Stucco putty of M/s. Jotun/ Champion putty of M/s. Saint Gobain Gyproc India or other approved equivalent make over entire surface including preparing old painted surfaces by thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash etc, filling up the cracks, crevices, depression, holes etc., including sand papering and making surfaces even and smooth dusting /cleaning , scaffolding , covering the furniture etc. with tarpaulins or equivalent covering materials, cleaning of all surfaces etc.& disposing of debris outside colony etc. Complete as per specifications and as directed by the EIC.
Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of acrylic emulsion paint of approved make & shade over two coats of approved primer (alkali resistant) consist of thoroughly scrapping oil bound distemper /acrylic emulsion / white wash surface, applying a coat of approved cement primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound , applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, applying 2nd coat of approved cement primer carrying out full stucco putty work , applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris outside colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Repainting of old painted surfaces with two coats of Royale Luxury Acrylic Emulsion paint (on already prepared surface/ old similar painted surface) of approved make and shade over one coat of approved cement primer, including covering the furniture etc. with tarpaulins or equivalent covering materials before applying, scaffolding ,removal of splashing & droppings from floors, doors & windows, cleaning the surfaces etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Painting of old painted cement plastered/wood /steel surface as mentioned below using enamel paint, acrylic emulsion paint of 1st quality of approved make & shade applying a coat of approved cement/steel /wood primer, filling up the cracks with approved crack filling compound, applying approved stucco putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, apply two coats of following paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including scaffolding, ladder as required & disposing of debris from site etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
a) on wooden surfaces in two coats of synthetic enamel paint without primer
b) on steel surfaces with two finishing coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of steel primer.
Painting of Paver block / tiles with two coats of floor paint of M/s Indigo paints or other approved equivalent make including cleaning the surface to remove dust, dirt etc. by water jet spray, scrubbing thoroughly with wire brush to remove algae, fungus and moss growth, applying one coat of approved floor primer or same floor paint by diluting with 35 % of water etc. including cost of barricading to avoid pedestrian movement till the execution and seating period, removing the barricades after setting period is over etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
The beautification of fence towards main road side boundary with painting including the background painting with Asian or approved make enamel paint including scraping the surface applying the suitable wall care putty and finishing the surface with smooth finish including cost of labour, material, tools & plants including wastage etc. all as per specification and approved drawing and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge
High resolution canvas printing including composing/replication of approved art, supplying and fixing in position at all level, material, labour, transportation, taxes and delivery at required places etc. complete all as directed by Engineer In charge.
Painting of large M. S. pole with metallic paint of 1st quality of approved make & shade applying a coat of approved metallic steel primer, filling up the cracks with approved metallic crack filling compound, applying approved metallic putty to entire surface to fill up crevices, mild depression etc. thoroughly scrapping the surface, apply two coats of metallic paint including necessary covering material and removal of splashing & droppings from floors, walls including necessary M. S. scaffolding or staging / mechanical lifter height up to 15 metres or as required height & disposing of debris from site etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note: - M. S. Staging / scaffolding or mechanical lifter rent will be paid at relevant Item.
Supplying & erecting M.S. tabular scaffolding using ‘H’ frame for staging as per following with horizontal & vertical @ suitable spacing as per I.S. specification suitably overtopped at junctions & cross braced, wherever required securely tied, supporting the scaffolding with building members as permitted by Engineer in charge. NOTE: 1. Contractor has to observe all safety procedure while working on heights as per I.S. 3696 (part I)-1987(Safety Code for scaffolds) 2. Labour working on the scaffolding should be provided with safety belts, helmets and they should wear the same while working. Labours seen not wearing safety belts & helmets shall be sent out of the work immediately. 3. The scaffolding once provided for the repair work shall be removed after the entire repair work is completed in all respects. 4. Suitable nylon net with a mesh size of 25 mm shall be provided at 4 M. height from the floor level around the scaffolding up to a distance of minimum 3 M. from the edge of the wall in all sides to catch any falling objects causing accidents. 5. Screen of suitable material shall be provided to the full height of scaffolding and securely tied to protect falling bodies coming out during the repair work is in progress. 6. To protect workers on lower platform against falling objects from higher level overhead protection should be provided on the scaffolds. 7. Contractor has to provide safety belts, helmets to the workers, nylon mesh and screen to avoid falling bodies at his own cost and no extra payment shall be made for same. 8. The workers engaged on the repair work are required to be insured as per Government norms at the cost of contractor. 9. Necessary aluminium M.S. ladder, M.S. staircase, working platform etc. shall be provided at the cost of the contractor, to the full height of scaffolding at required locations around the building to enable department Engineer/ Supervisor climb up and closely watch the repair work of the building. 10. For safety of workmen contractor must fix railing at all working platforms to avoid falling of workmen.
a) For staging height up to 15 Mtrs. Note:- Only Plan area to be measured for Payment.
Shifting of porta cabin from Canadian bungalow gate to Dhanraj Mahal gate with mechanical means (i.e. crane /farana / hydra / poclain machine / mechanical lifter) and placing on the concrete pedestal including cost of labour charges, rent for mechanical means, tools and plants etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the engineer-in-charge
Kotah stone flooring / dado / skirting at all floors & levels using 25 mm to 30 mm thick hand cut machine polished kotah stone slabs laid over cement mortar bedding as specified below, close jointed & pointed with matching slurry of cement finished to levels, slope or plumb, curing including removing carefully existing damaged/ worm out flooring and dado & disposing off debris outside colony to BMC dumping ground etc. complete all as per specifications & as directed by the EIC
a) In flooring with cement mortar 1:4, 20mm thick bedding and machine polishing after laying.
b) In dado / skirting with 20 to 25 mm thick kotah stone slabs laid over cement mortar 1:3 backing 12 mm thick with exposed edge machine cut and surfaces hand polished after laying.
Providing & fixing in 2.5 mm thick ASA uPVC roofing sheet (Acrylonitrile, styrene & acrylate) for roof. ridge in approved design & pattern & position with self-threaded epoxy clotted screw with nylon washer and nylon cap over screw etc. including cost of material, tools and plant and labour, scaffolding, wastage including fixing of roof, ridge, edges etc. complete all as per manufacturers specification and as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying & fixing 10/18 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc. including dismantling the existing plywood/ A. C. sheet shutters, removing and refaxing of architraves with necessary screws, stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note: The entire shutter shall be joint less shutter.

Painting of trees bottom trunk surface around the girth by white wash & geru paint in 2 coats by adding finical, of 1.00 meter height (0.60 M height with geru & above 0.40 M height white was) for trees trunk surface, with best quality of white wash & geru powder mixing with chlopyriphos @ 3 ml/lit & Copper sulphate @ 4 gm / litters. Including washing the surface before applying the white wash & geru etc. including the cost of labour, material & tools etc. all completed as per direction of the Engineer-In Charge
Providing and applying three finished coats of acrylic based emulsion exterior coating of Apex Ultima of M/s. Asian Paints / Excel of M/s. Nerolac / Heatshield of M/s. Dr.FIXIT / Weather shield Max of M/s. ICI Delux or other approved equivalent make and shade over the sand face / rough cast plaster/ RCC jalli / RCC fins at locations as required, including preparation in proportion of One litre of Apex Ultima or other makes with 400 ML. of potable water, thoroughly mixed and applied at an interval of 4-6 hours for each successive coats and ensure consumption of 0.27 ltr/Sqm for 3 coats, including preparation of surface, cleaning and filling the cracks and crevices with Latex caulking crack filler etc. complete generally as per the manufacturer's specification and as directed by the EIC.
Providing, fabricating and fixing stainless steel grade 304, SS racks / bins / storage units etc. of different size, patterned and design approved by project architect by using SS frame work and 1.2 mm thick perforated / plain sheets / SS tubes / SS nut bolts, fasteners, SS wielding grinding, buffing etc. including locking & fixing arrangements etc. complete. The rate shall be inclusive of all labours, materials transportation including tools and plants etc. complete all as per specification and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and laying in flooring / dado / platform top of 18 mm thick M/s Johnson Engineered marble of equivalent with approved patterned, shade and surface finished with stone slab of various size in patterned with 20 mm thick 1:4 cement mortar bedding, including cutting of stone slab, moulding in required shapes as per drawing, using adhesive for jointing, wastage minting cut-outs wherever required etc. complete as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
Supplying, fabricating and fixing in position at all floors factory made Aluminium grill /Aluminium sliding/top hung/fixed/ adjustable louvered windows & ventilators with rivit joint of specified size, made of integrated bronze anodised matt finished (15micron thick) aluminium section (extruded) , including for making exhaust fan frame work, handles of specified size etc., of approved manufactures for following types with extruded sections of Jindal / Jindal / Alumina or other approved equivalent make of approved sections with size and weights as directed for frames and shutters(including wastages if any) wherever mitred joints required confirming to relevant IS specifications with all approved Bronze anodised aluminium fittings and accessories, latching fixture, 2/3 rollers with ball bearing of superior quality all as shown in the drawing including providing and fixing aluminium channel beading/glazing clips fixed with necessary bronze anodised screws, grouting the gap with sealant and including dismantling of existing window frame, shutter, glass, grill and depositing same to dept. store etc. all complete generally as per drawing, specifications etc., all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.. Note: Payment shall be made per Kg basis. Aluminium sections such as shutter frames, track window/door frame/beading channel for glass adjustable louvers etc., shall only be measured linearly as per actual/finished cutting size nearest to centimetre and multiplied with sectional weight of the individual section and the total quantity of aluminium section will be arrived at for payment without any allowance for wastage.
a) All Aluminium sections for Partition, window, grill and other work.
Providing and fixing second class C.P. teak wood of required sizes and sections for making wooden flooring / cable tray / trench/ chair support as per approved design and patterned etc. the styles & rails & battens of at all floors, including carefully removing the existing damaged / decayed teak wood nail / styles battens and plywood panel of walls, flooring, shutters, cutting, planning & jointing the wood, providing and fixing necessary screws and gluing the lap joints or tong & grove joints with synthetic adhesive fevicol or equivalent, finishing the new wood work to match with old wood work in proper line and level including cost of fixing the flank, shutters etc. complete as per approved drawing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and making wooden chairs using first class C.P. teak wood of required sizes and sections as per patterned and design approved by Architect including providing seating & back cushion with approved fabric for making complete wooden chairs etc. as patterned & design approved by architect including cutting & jointing the wood, providing and fixing necessary screws and gluing the lap joints or tong & grove joints with synthetic adhesive fevicol in proper line and level including cost of fixing, making & jointing etc. complete as per drawing etc. complete as per specification and drawing and all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
Providing, Fixing & assembling/ fixing at site Table top/ cupboard /shelves /wall cabinets etc. using following material of approved quality machine pressed phenol formal dehyde bonded marine plywood of IS 710 latest revision, both face lamination with 1 mm thick lamination on top and bottom of approved shade and make on both faces , all edges covering with 6 to 8 mm thick polished teak wood patti as required, using approved glue for pressing, approved quality PVC wire manager for taking out all wiring etc. and carefully fixing to the vertical partition including all materials adhesives, S S screws labours, materials, wastages etc. all as per approved drawing and as directed by EIC.
a) 19 mm thick marine ply. with one side 3 mm thick teak veneer on top

Providing and fixing following size of BTC decorative teak wood moulding as per following size of approved patterned, design and shape including making & fixing with necessary screw for panel / frame including material, wastage, labour, transportation etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.

Applying three coats of Acrylic Polyurethane coatings (PU base Polishing) of Asian or equivalent make on new/old wooden surface table top, cladding & cabinet with approved tint & make to obtain required finish over a coat of wood filler including spray gun, sand papering, cleaning, filling up holes, cracks & crevices with approved quality wood filler including labour, tools & plants etc. making even surface with line, level & plumb etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-In-Charge.
Providing and fixing of following thick Plain / colour Acrylic sheet as per approved make and design including cutting in required shape and size & patterned and fixing the same with necessary "J" / "D" /"F' hooks / section, nut-bolt with rubber washer, including cutting, fixing in required size and shape, wastage etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the EIC.

Providing & erecting double bamboo scaffolding using minimum 75 mm dia best quality bamboo tied with coir rope & the horizontal & vertical members of the bamboos provided as required at spacing of not more than 900 mm apart both vertically & horizontally including providing cross supports as struts to tie the scaffolding properly to the building for maintenance / repair works of external surfaces of buildings as & when required including providing necessary safety belts to workers, dismantling the scaffolding after repair work is completed including cost of transportation, labour, safety belts etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE: The mode of measurement shall be in square metre for the overall portion of external exposed surface area of buildings covered by scaffolding and the said area shall be measured flat. No deductions shall be made for any openings in the surface and the jambs / reveals.
Transportation of debris / un-serviceable material from premises to MCGM dumping ground with mechanical means with loading the un-serviceable material and disposing off out of premises etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. Note: Actual truck body measurement will be considered for payment for this item without making deduction for voids.
