Repairs to chair revolving high / low back/ chair computer, with arm including taking out the following worn out components without damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- charge.

Removing of unserviceable cushion with tapestry cloth / Rexine of seat & back and replacing the same with new cushion with tapestry cloth/ Rexine including all around PVC lipping as approved by GE.

Removing unserviceable/ damaged caster wheel and fixing new caster wheel as per sample approved.

Removing unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest matching the old hand rest.

Removing of unserviceable Polyurethane foam and acrylic poly propylene and replacing with new Polyurethane foam shall be 50 mm thick with density 50 to 55 KG per Cubic mtr as per approved colour.

Removing unserviceable hand rest and supply and fixing new hand rest matching the old hand rest.

Removing of unserviceable MS tubular frame and replacing with new Cantilever type powder coated MS tubular frame made out of 25mmx10mm section as per existing gauge/size complete all as specified.

Repairs to table office clerk steel by taking out the following worn out components without damaging the existing components and replacing the same with new components all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in- charge Drg No : FD-1004

Removing unserviceable steel drawers and replacing the same with new drawers which, shall be made out of 1 mm thick M.S. sheet duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chromium primer as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing unserviceable legs and replacing legs 25mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components.

Removing unserviceable long rails and replacing long rails 25mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components.

Removing unserviceable short rails and replacing short rails 25mm square 16 gauge M.S. tubing and fixing the same by welding to the table in place of removed components.

Removing unserviceable lock and replacing the same with new lock, made of steel body with six brass levers with duplicate keys.

Removing old unserviceable table top and fixing new 18/19mm thick ISI mark Pre-laminated particle board one side teak face as per existing size complete all as specified.

Welding at any point of 2.5cm length and 6mm in thickness

Supply and fixing of PVC seat and back shall be of 4 mm thick with weight not less than 1.85 kg /each and grooves 90x10mm, 10 No seat and back.

S & F handle CPB not less then 120mm long fixed with bushes nut and washers etc.

S & F MS retainer clips suitable for fixing shelves.

M & L for one coat for synthetic enamel paint OG to the external steel surfaces after removing dust gresse/removal of dents & welding wherever necessary including painting the key Nos of size painted /stenciled in front of doors of the almirahs with white paint.
