Demolition of cement concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings exc 15cm thickness (Below or above Ground level) complete all as directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required completeall as specified and as directed.

S & F PVC( SWR ) pipes 110mm dia single socketed , in any length with rubber ring joints as rainwater, laid in floors or trenches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for morum filling/redbajri filling under floors or in foundationds including watering &consoldation laid in layers n.exc 15 cm thick spread levelled and well rammed all as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-2, 1:4:8 (40mm graded agg) as in Sub-base to floor finishes.

Material and labour Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

Material and labour Providing and laying 80 mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-30 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 40cm x 40cm x 40 to 25 to 30mm thick (Glosy finished) with grey cement and pigment, including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors and cut & polished complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new or old concrete surfaces of any description over 10cm girth or width, not otherwise described and and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out with any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm all as specified.

M & L for Removing excavated material exc. 50m but n exc. 250m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point

M & L for PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation. Filling & mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' flyash brick straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces, and surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified.

Description all as per item No. 15 above 10 mm tnick cm 1:6 on other than fair faces of brickwork.

Material & Labour for applying Two coats of acrylic emulsion paint, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade over and including priming coat of exterior primer over new surfaces complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Columns, pillars, piers, posts walls,and struts complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for RCC M-25 (Design Mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Form work to sides of foundation / base of columns plinth beams and similar work with fair finished surface complete all as directed.

M & L for Form work to sides of columns and similar work with rough finished surface complete all as directed.

M & L for Form work to sides of beams and soffit with rough finished surface complete all as directed.

M & L for TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required, including cranking bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified.

Ditto as item no.18, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers,distribution and binders

M&L for preparation of surfaces with white cement base putty in patches as required and applying one coat of exterior weather proof water base emulsion paint of following make on walls complete all as specified & directed.
