M&L for Boring / Road cutting for laying of cable/pipe and making good the disturbed/excavated surface as per existing road including refilling the excavated material, compacting, WBM and black top carpeting with bitumen & aggregate following the stone/sand on top complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.
