Supply, fixing , intallation and testing in replacement of full bore Electronic flow meter complete with operating temperature 0-150oC, max speed 10m/sec, protection class IP -65, Metering tube S.S 316, Electode SS 316L, Pipe linear, turn down ration 1:10, both end flanged 150 mm , P.U painted, transmitter : power supply-220V AC, 4-20 Ma output, pulse output, RS485 communication port, 8 digits display with resettable totalizer, LED backlight with LCD display, SS tag plate, IP -65 enclosure, Accuracy -0.5%, Integral type display complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing , installation and testing in replacement of pressure gauge of 14 kg/cm2 range pressure complete with all drilling, making hole on the delivery of pumpset upto 50 HP alongwith all minor accessories like nipple, and pipe upto 0.5 Mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of integral LED aviation ligt luminaires comprising of aluminium housing with polycarbonate enclosure completed fixing on the top of the OHT having height of 15 Mtr to 21 Mtr alongwith MS mounting surface of suitable size grooved on the top of the said OHT complete all as specified and directed. Make : Bajaj Cat part No BGAV 302 LED or equivelent in Havells/ Philips .

Supplying and fixing 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4mm suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 4 Sqmm complete from avaiation light on the top of the OHT to the existing LT panel or nearby light source with MCB of 6-32 Amp, 'C' curve complete all as specified and directed. Note : Rates for twin core wire, GI wire, MCB and winding wire shall deemed to be included in quoted rates.

Testing and developing the bore well by means of Air compressor of 5000 PSI till sand free clear water discharge is obtained to achive maximum yield of suitable capacity for first 30 hours running complete all as specified and directed (All equipments shall be arranged by contractor at his cost) Note : (1) All T & P provided by the contracter. ( 2) All type cost are likley to be included in this job.

Material and labour for stair inside overhead tank made out of two Nos of 100x100mmx8mm angle iron of length 4 mtr to 6 mtr complete internaly connected with angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6mm of 60 cm wide fixed at least 0.5 m interval with two nos of nut bolts and washer of 100mm length x 12 mm dia & welded properly both side alongwith S& F mosquito net all around of hole of OHT to prevent the water from pegion, birds etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for railing all around the top of OHTs complete with bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, etc in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&l for applying Two coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10sqm over prepared surfaces including complete removal of existing treatment all as per below mentioned stages for complete exterior including all walls, all columns, beams, stairs, ceilings, parapets, top roof etc for 2.00 lakh Gallon capacity Overhead tanks:- (i) Complete removal of existing treatment: The surfaces shall be cleaned to remove loose dirt or dust, lichen, algae, fungi or any organic growth by use of stiff brush. Then the surface is washed well and allow water to dry. All cracks, voids and minor damages shall be patched/repaired with white cement putty or with Plaster of Paris, prior to application of paint.In case of old surfaces where excessive fungal/algal growth is observed the surface should be bio washed as per manufacturers instructions. Allow the surface to dry before it is ready for painting. (ii) Primer Coat: Over this prepared surface apply a coat of acrylic emulsion exterior primer as per manufacturer’s instructions. This shall be allowed to dry for 4 to 6 hours before application of final paint. (iii) Finishing Coat: Acrylic Exterior Emulsion paint of premium quality 100% Acrylic shall be applied in two coats as per manufacturer's instructions. Paint shall be applied with brushes or roller and shall be allowed to dry for 3 to 4 hours between subsequent coat.(iv) Finishing to Handrails if any: Preparing old painted steel surfaces and applying one coat (finishing coat) of synthetic enamel paint complete Note: Quoted rates are deemed to be inclusive of necessary scaffolding arrangement for the complete work and provision of all precautions like safety helmet, safety belts etc to the labours. Quoted rates are also deemed to be inclusive of necessary life insurance coverage to all workers employed by contractor. The bidders are requested to visit each site before quoting. External protective coating (Appx: 400/sqm) Protective Coating (External) : M&L for providing and applying Dekground E2000 manufactured by Fosroc Chemicals India Pvt Ltd or equivalent and applied by authorised applicator Total anticarbonation system comprises of a silane siloxane based penetrating primer (Dekguard primer WB) and elastomeric pigemented coating (dekguard E2000). Deckguard E2000 is a single component elastomeric, anticarbonation, liphatic acrylic protective coating, or equivalent as approved by GE Minimum recommended rate of application is 1.5m2/lit (including wastage) to achieve a total DFT of 200-300 microns on external side of 1 lakh gallon OHT fulfilling functional parameters of following:- (a) Static crack spanning capability @200 microns dft @23°C : 2mm as per ASTM C836-76. (b) Solar reflective index (white colour) 105% as per ASTM E1980-11 (c) Adhesion greater than 1.0N/mm² as per BS 1881. (d) CO2 diffusion resistane not less than 240 mm equivalent of air thickness and 60cm equivalent of 30N concrete (Taywood method, at 309 microns dft) System includes surface preprtion and application as per Fosroc methodology or equivalent as approved by GE.

Material and labour for evacuate / neutralize the chlorine Gas Cyllinder as installed at pump houses and in E/M store yard through authorise agency in canal/ in well duly filled with water complete all as per IS code : 4263-1967. The contractor shall be execute the work with full care of personnel engaged in the activity of handling & evacuate the chlorine gas cyllinders. The rates for the following aspects are including in the quoted rates :- (i) It is important that personnel, engaged in a chlorine plant or in any activity involving handling of chlorine, should understand the hazardous properties of chlorine and should have a good grasp of the basis of preventive measures. (ii) Contractor shall be evacuate the chlorine gas cyllinder at the river bank which will be far from the populated area through authorised agency. Transporations charges shall be included in the quoted rates and handling of the cyllinders during transportation shall be as per above refered IS Code. (iii) Chlorine is pertiularly irritating to persons afflicted with asthama, certain types of bronchitis, other chronic lung conditions and irritations of the upper respiratory tract. So, such persons should not be engaged in the execution of the work. (iv) Eye protection devices should always be worn in a chemical activities by the personnel as engaged. Rate for the same shall be included in quoted rates. (v) A suitable gas mask should be available to every employee involed with chlorine handling. Respiratory protective equipment should be carefully maintained. (vi) Self contained breathing apparatus equiped with a cylinder of oxygen carried on body while individual eavacute the chlorine gas cyllinder in canal/ well. (vii) Industrial conister type mask shall be equipped with a chlorine. (viii) Persons engaged in the handling/ evacute the chlorine gas cyllinder shall be trained to counteract leaking. Emergency measures shall properly adhered as per above refered IS. (ix) First Aid shall be adhered as per IS code : 4263-1967.
