RequiredII. Annexure (I) Technical tender form shall be filled and signed by the tenderer and the scanned copy should be uploaded in the eprocurement platform and hard copy of the same shall be furnished.
RequiredIII. Annexure (II) ,Annexure (III), Annexure (IV) - Annexures should be uploaded and hard copy should be submitted.
RequiredIV. Annexure V (A) & (B) - Particulars of vehicles owned/hired shall be furnished (Annexure should be uploaded and hard copy should be submitted).
RequiredV. Annexure (VII) - Affidavit for Lorry Owner Associations shall be uploaded and hard copy of the affidavit shall be furnished.
RequiredVI. Copies of GSTIN & PAN should be uploaded and hard copy shall be furnished. (Upload and Furnished in Hard Copy)
RequiredVII. Annexure (VI) - Financial undertaking hard copy of the affidavit shall be furnished.
RequiredVIII. The copies of RC Books, Vehicle Tax, latest Form 24 B in original, Fitness certificate, vehicle insurance and valid permits of own/hired vehicles declared in the tender along with hire agreement for 1 year in original for hired vehicles. The own vehicles should be registered in the name of partners of the firm in case of partnership firm or in the name of firm/company
RequiredIX. Particulars of own vehicles, registered in the name of the partners of firm in case of partnership firm or in the name of the company and in the name of the individual in case of an individual, whereas, for all the declared hired vehicles, agreement for the contract period should be enclosed, as obtained from its existing owners
RequiredX. In case of Partnership firm, the firms which are having a minimum 1 year of existence prior to the date of tender notification only are eligible. If there is a Managing Partner, other Partners shall give a letter with their signatures indicating the name of the Managing Partner and that he is authorized to act on behalf of the firm. RequiredXI. In case of a limited Company, copy of the Memorandum and Articles of Association, shall be furnished.
RequiredXII. If it is a firm or a Company, copy of the firm/company registration certificate shall be furnished.
RequiredXIII. Copy of authorization letter signed by all the partners in case of firm/board resolution in case of a company/resolution passed in the General Body meeting in case of a Society, nominating a person to be the authorized signatory on behalf of the firm, Society or company
RequiredXIV. Copy of tender document with signature of authorized tenderer on every page.
RequiredXV. NOTE : Hard copies of all the above mentioned documents along with technical tender should be submitted as per schedule with index and page numbers of all (hard copies) documents.
RequiredXVI. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT ON SUCCESSFUL SUBMISSION OF ONLINE TENDER.
