Excavation work by mechanbical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundationtrenches or drains ( Not exceeding 1.50 meter in width or 10 square metres on plan ), including dressingof sides & ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.50 metre, including getting out the excavated soil & dispiosalof surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 metre Ordinary rock .Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in excavation for structure as per drawing and technical specifications clause305.1 including setting out construction of shoring and bracing removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of upto a lead of 50 mtr. Dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable materialincluding carriage of material within all lead and lift and other incidendals.Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1cement : 6sand : 12 graded stone aggregate40mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering& shuttering but including carriage of materials in all leads & lifts in foundation & plinth Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & Laying concrete for Plain /reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803, 1202,and, 1203.(1:3:6) (20mm aggregate) P.C.C grade M10including carriage of material within all lead and lift and other incidendals. Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providingh and laying cement concrete in retaining wall, return walls(any thickness) 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 sand :4 graded stone aggregate 20mm. Nominal size) to give a smooth and even surface including centring and shuttering etc. but excluding cost of reinfocement in : String courses , copings, plates, anchor blocks, plain windows sills and the like Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation & plinth in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1 : 4 ( One cement : six coarse sand ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor all level in all shapes and sizes in Cement mortar 1 : 4(one cement : six coarse sand ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundations and plinth in : Cement mortar 1 :4 ( One cement : four coarse sand ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position & applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required in grating, frames, guard bars, ladders, railing, brackets, gates & similar work including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plasters in single coat on rough /fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeters) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:4 (one cement: four sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. ( Cement mortar 1:4 (one cement :four sand)

Finishing walls with Acrylic smooth exterior paint with of required shade new work ( two or more coat ) applied @ 1.67 litre/10 Sqmt ( one point six seven litre per ten square metres ) over & including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 Kg /10 Sqmt ( at the rate two point two zero kilograme per ten square metre ) including carriage of materials in all leads and lifts and as directed by the Engineer in Charge.

Fencing with R.C.C. post placed at required distance, embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post one side only, provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg /100metre (minimum), between the two post fitted and fixed with G.I staples on wooden plugs or G.I binding wire tied to 6mm bar nibs fixed while casting the post (cost of R.C.C. posts, struts , earth work and concrete to be paid for separately)payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineerin-charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry /stone masonry/plain /reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with withslop of 1(v):20(H) towards drawing face compelete as per drawing and and technical specifications clauses 614, 709, 1204.3.7.including carriage of material within all lead and lift and other incidendals.Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Back filling behind abutment, wing wall and return wall compelete as per drawing & Technical specification clause 1204.3.8including carriage of material within all lead and lift and other incidendals.Including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
