B&R Works : Taking down cement plaster of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving not exceeding 15 cm thick above or below ground level and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling inluding cement mortar bedding (but not backing), stacking serviceable tiles at site and removal of entire debris as ordered outside MD land complete all as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutters from frame) and stacking at site where directed.

All as per item 5 here-in-above but exceeding 1.5 Sqm but not exceeding 4 Sqm each -do-

Dismantling wall and ceiling board fibre, pulp insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets complete all as directed.

Providing precast ce- ment concrete Type C1 1:3 :6 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry),string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts , boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, ancho-rage blocks, bonders (for stone wallin). corbels, brackets,etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match Set in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as directed.

M&L factory made pre cast PCC 1:3:6, type C1 (using 20 mm graded granite aggregate) as in block masonry with solid blocks, exceeding 10 cm in width and setting in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.

Supply only Integral Water Proofing Compound (ISI Marked) of Make : CICO, Acco Proof, Impermo, Aqua flex as approved.

M&L 6mm thick veneered 4 ply decorative plywood grade 1 (with BWR resign) with decorative frame work veneers on one face fixed with screw to timber frame work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 9 mm thick prelaminated particle board,interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice laminations & other side balancing with lamination as ordered fixed with screws to timber frame work in any description complete all as directed.

M & L for plain fillets of 2 nd class hard wood exc 13 but n.exc 25 Sqcm in section square, rectangular or triangular in section, cleanswan secured with nails complete all as directed.

S&F First class hard wood (Teak) factory made kiln - seasoned, plain, solid, straight chowkats and frames , wrought, framed, rebated on the solid, rounded or chamfered , put together with glue, pinned at joints and fixed in position complete all as directed.

S & F 40mm thick 1st class hardwood plain framed panelled shutters (any numbers of panels) with panels of timber flat on both sides (feathered edged) or of veneered particle board medium density wood particle board with commercial face veeners complete all as specified.

S & F factory made UPVC white colour sliding window three track made of extruded profile with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+-0.2mm) window profile with hollow section with multi chamber. Frame (88mmx52mm), sliding sash (42mmx67mm). Sliding mesh sash (42mmx57mm) Sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutter)(45.5mmx28mm) glazing beads (24.5mmx 16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners incl drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water etc making arrangements for fixing of hardware EPDM gasket 1.2+-0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mmx 18mm) 2 Nos, sliding mesh sash (26mmx10mm) profile to be inserted in required profile frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mmx100mm long fasteners Hardware (touch lock of zinc alloyed (white powder coated) steel roller system stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperature 1.40mm and required accessories area n.exc 2 sqm each. M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on brick work/stone work or concrete surface finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified.

All as per item No 18 here-in-above but 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling,chajja,roof projection etc.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work/ stone work or concrete surfaces mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instruction, and finished the surface fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for 25 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base/ level course of floors and finished the surface suitable to receive floor tiles complete all as directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement conctere 1: 3 : 6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection finished the surface fair and even complete all as directed.

M & L for 50 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base of floor and finished the surface complete all as directed.

M & L for granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut in floor bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all directed and specified.

M & L for granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut in skirting/dado laid over and including 10mm thick screed in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as directed.(Note for item No 24 & 25 : i) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of cement screed. ii) Colour of granite slab shall be got appproved before incorporation in the work)

M&L M-35 grade, 60 mm thick machine pressed, precast cement concrete interlocking paver blocks any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS: 15658-2006, laid over and including 50 mm thick compacted sand cushion complete complete all as specified.(Note ; Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of 50 mm thick compacted sand cushoning).

S&F 5.5 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with upvc beading in square / rectangular not exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane complete all as directed.

Taking down old rusted / wornout 15 mm bore GI tubing after necessary disconnection & S&F new 15 mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed on walls/ceiling or laying in floors making necessary connection& testing on completion complete all as directed.

Taking down old rusted / wornout 20 mm bore GI tubing after necessary disconnection & S&F new 20 mm bore CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings fixed on walls/ceiling or laying in floors making necessary connection& testing on completion complete all as directed.

E&M Works : Taking down carefully copper/ aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, (fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets etc. to be measured separately), removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use at site and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc to match with the existing surface complete all as directed..

M&L for point wiring for one light/ ceilig fan/Exhaust fan /bell point controlled by one, one way switch with 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) including 1.50 Sqmm single core PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 Volt grade (ISI marked) as continuous earth wire in green colour to common earth and connected to earth dolly laid/drawn into and including non-metallic rigid PVC concealed conduit (medium duty, ISI marked, not less than 20mm dia) with all fittings such as tee, bends, etc all as per IS, terminated in & including new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes concealed in wall for mounting fittings like switches, sockets, regulators etc with and including 3mm thick phenolic laminated sheet top cover, complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down old any type of submain wiring along with condiuit & couint accessories & provide new submain wiring with 2 runs of 2.5 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor and one single core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated , unsheathed , multi stranded copper cable as earthing lead as per IS : 694 / 1990 drawn through and including non-metallic PVC rigid conduit of size as ordered in walls / ceilings etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- 2 runs 2.5 Sqmm cable , one run 2.5 Sqmm cable and one run of PVC Conduit shall be measured as one unit length) .

Excavation in trenches and not exe. 1.5 m wide and not exe. 1.5 m in depth for foundation of drain, man hole, laying of cables, stay etc. not exe. 10 Sq. m on plan and not exe. 1.5 m depth and getting out in hard/dense soil.

Returning filling in trenches including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick in soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mts and depositing where directed .at a level not exceeding 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as directed.

Supply & Laying well klin burnt brick of size 23cmx11.5cmx 8cm , laid breadth wise along the length of cable laid in trenches over sand cushion laid for UG cable protection, complete all as specified and directed.

Provision of trenchless bore using mechanical numatic drilling equipment for passing electric cables through HDPE pipe of 100mm dia under the existing bituminous/WBM road/PCC hard standings, depth range not less than 1.0 mtr and upto 1.5mtr and making good to the distrubed surfaces of road to match with its existing original specifications to the satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge without any extra cost to Govt at site. Note : 1. Quoted rates is deemd to be inclusive of necessary earth work, transportation charges of Drilling machine, and cost of HDPE pipe and passing pipe through bore complete. 2. Any damage to MES assets caused during trenchless bore the same shall be recitfied by the contractor at his own cost.
