Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of cables up to proper level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Removing surplus exacavated material from excavation not exc 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Spreading ribbed soil in trenches as in cable cushioning all as per IS 1255-1983 and as directed. Note :- Excavated approved soil shall be ribbed by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS and refilling in trenches before laying of cable 8 CM and 15 CM after laying of cable. This is than gently punned down to a depth of 10 cm above the top of upper most cable (ii) For the purpose of measurement only punned thickness only will be considered for payment.

Material and labour for well burnt as class ‘B’ bricks as mechanical protection to under ground cables laying with length of the bricks equal to the width of the trench complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply & Erecting in replacement of Mild steel tubular swaged poles of 9.0 meter long 410, SP-31 complete with cast iron base plate, bracket, final taper plug, bolt, nuts & screws and painted on both side (internally & externally), external surface painted with two coat of aluminum paint over coat of red oxide primer and painting with black up to 1.5 meter from top of PCC coping white colour paint as in strips of equal width including marking pole numbers with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of U/S steel tubular swaged poles of 9 mtrs height including setting aside and transporting to stores as directed.(Excavation and earth will be measured and paid separately).

Supply and fixing galvanized tubes light grade with fixing wall/floor with clamp, nut bolt, washers/ saddling for cable protection pipe of 80 mm bore including taking down existing GI pipe.

Supply and fixing galvanized tube light grade with fixing wall/floor with clamp, nut bolt, washers/ saddling for cable protection pipe of 50 mm bore including taking down existing GI pipe.

Supply and fixing galvanized tube light grade with fixing wall/floor with clamp, nut bolt, washers/ saddlings for cable protection pipe of 40 mm bore including taking down existing GI pipe.

Material and Labour for cross arms bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts,washersetc. Including welding /bending in cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts , in any shape or size as indicated as directed .

Dismantling the rusted out cross arms , bracings ,s supports and back plates from the pole all as specified.

Material and Labour for Pin type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut 100 mm height 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade all as specified .

Material and Labour for shackle type insulators porcelain vitreous white brown of green including GI mild straps 31x3mm 75mm height, 90mm dia at working pressure 1100 volts as as directed .

Dismantling of US LT insulators of any type.

Material and labour for stay assembly comple with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 with 16 mm dia rod and loop type insulator stay clamps ettc as specified and directed (Excavation and concrete will be measured and paid separately.)

Material and Labour for loop type porcelain vitreous white brown or green insulator with overall dimensions 65mmx 90 mm clearance of hole 16 mm including taking down old US insulators .

Material and Labour for fixing GI stay strand of size 7/3.15 mm

Dismantling the US stay assembly complete including stay strand.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete type D2 1:4:8 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of poles etc, all as specified

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete type C2 1:3:6 using 40mm graded stone aggregate for foundation of stay etc all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for coping for poles including necessary form work to exposed surfaces finished smooth and even all as specified.

Taking down old out lived / fully oxidised ACSR conductor 4 wire / 2wire from existing LT poles after disconnecting necessary jumpers insulators etc all as directed and offering credit.

Material and Labour for ACSR conductor of any size for LT over head lines and jumpers .

Material and labour for GI wire 4mm dia fixed to LT pole all as directed for earth continuity .

Taking down the old US fully rusted out GI wire from the pole.

Material and Labour for ACB 3 phase 415 Volts 4 pole with Thermal Magnetic Release (Manual Fixed Type) of Capacity 630 Amps including necessary modification to accommodate the ACB wherever required and taking down existing old ACB.

Supply and fix PVC spacers 4 way for LT OH line 1100 volts grade with necessary screws nuts bolts etc complete all as directed to prevent the lines touching each other on heavy wind as as a preventive arrangement to the existing system.

Taking out the existing spacers from the LT OH line carefully by removing the screws for carrying out the restringing work carefully by means of suitable ladders all as directed for PVC spacers 2 way and 4 way.

Dismantling the LT UG cable of size 10 to 35 sqmm 3.5core 4 wire from existing Main switch and cutting out the burnt out portion and reconnecting to the switch after removing and readjusting the cable including necessary earth work and excavation asper site requirement including new cable lugs fixing all as directed and specified .

Supply and topping up or replacement of Voltage stabilizer oil with di-electric strength not less than 50 KVA of the voltage stabilizer etc at various locations complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Power oil/ Transol/ Sabitha Chemicals

Surface dressing in hard / dense soil not exceeding 15 cm deep and clearing all the inside area in the sub station yards after removing grass all as specified directed at site. Note:- (ii) The rate also deemed to be included for labour (iii) All the sub station yards shall be kept clean through out the contract period by removing the grass/weeds as many as times required depending on the growth of the grass.

Material and Labour for Servicing to LT panels/Feeder pillar boxes/APFC Panels comprising MCCBs/switch disconnector fuses/change over switches metering eqpt etc. as incoming/outgoing controls including cleaning, checking the serviceability of individual items, identification of the defective parts replacing the worn-out fasteners, insulators, rubber door beadings, gaskets etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Unserviceable parts replaced shall be measured & paid separately under relevant item

Material and Labour for cable roue indicator made out of CI plate 100 dia,6mm thick and fixed over angle iron of size 30X60X6 mm,120cm in length duly painted with alumiuium paint with aluminium paint suitable for LT cable all as specifed and including embeded in PCC (1:3:6) type C1 of size 30X30X20cm in ground complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surface including preparation of old surface complete as specified and directed by Engineer- in- charge.
