Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and removal of debries to a distance not exceeding 100m all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or concrete surfaces on wall/ceilling etc including racking out joint, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brickwork with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 all as specified and as directed.

M & L providing PCC 1:2:4, type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate), 50 mm thick minimum as in sunken flooring finished even & fair mixed with WPC as per manufactur instruction or @ 3% by weight of cement with proper slope towards spout all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC will be measured and paid seperately

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:4 over brick or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement all as specified and as directed. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.2 kg per sq.m including cleaning surfaces all as specified and as directed.

After grouting, nozzles to be sealed with the sealing compound/mortar etc, all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed. Note:- After ascertaining the location of leakage/ seepage/dampness as directed, this item shall be operated at the required location.
