Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material to the appropriate disposal area as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.disposal of unserviceable material and stacking the serviceable material with all lifts and lead outside the campus complete as per specifications

Removing of existing old or broken wash basin / urinals/ Indian Water closet/ European Water closet and disposing it with all cost and conveyance labour for all items of work, HOM with all lead and lift, loading and unloading, transportation charges and all other incidental charges etc., complete as per specification and directions of the Engineer-in-charge of the work.

Providing and supplying Architect recommended decorative laminate (1mm thick) on existing wooden surface of approved brand complete as per direction of engineer in-charge.Inclusive of cutting , edge finisheing , glue , making rough the existing wood surface to adher the laminate sheet etc

Providing and supplying Kitchen cabinet with 19mm thick one side Architect recommended decorative Acrylic Glossy or Matt finished laminate (1.5mm thick) and other side balancing lamination (preferably white) on factory pressed BWP grade marine ply as per IS 710 of approved brand . complete as per direction of engineer in-charge. (Payment of providing and fixing auto closing hinges shall be paid separately)

Providing green marble slab flooring 20mm thick with edges of slab machine cut, for flooring, treads of steps and landings laid on a bed of 25mm thick cement mortar 1:6, mix, to line and level, jointed with cement slurry curing, rubbing, polishing complete finishing with flush pointing using white cement, including cost of materials, HOM of machineries, labour, curing, complete as per specifications. Note: while preparing analysis the quality of marble slab should be clearly noted namely white marble, adanga marble, makrana etc., and also size of slab should be noted clearly.

Providing and laying flooring and steps fine machine polished Hassan green granite stone slabs 20 mm thick for wash basin counter top on cement mortar bed 1:6, 20 mm thick, and joints finished with cement mortar 1:3 over existing cement concrete bed , including cost of materials,wastage , mortar, labour, curing complete as per specifications.

Flooring with 25mm thick polished tandur blue stone slabs using cement mortar 1:6, 25mm thick over existing cement concrete bed or top of roof laid to line and level and jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including mirror polishing of 5-7 coats of polish, including making good of joints , grout etc ,cost of materials, labour, curing,transport etc complete as per specifications.

Fixing glazed/ Ceramic/ Vitrified floor tiles with cement based high polymer modified quick-set tile adhesive (Water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 3mm thickness.

Providing and fixing 1500x900X6mm beveled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete glued with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete.

Providing and fixing Stainless Steel 304 grade soft closing sprin hinges at 0 degree hinges (hydraulic type) of approved make/brand to cupboard shutters with full threaded steel screws including making necessary recess in board and finished etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing stainless steel soft closing heavy type telescopic drawer channels of approved make 500 mm long with screws etc. complete as per directions of Engineer- in-charge

Repairing and fixing shutters (panelled or glazed) to doors, windows, ventilators and cupboards.

Providing & fixing fly proof wire gauze to windows, clerestory windows & doors with M.S. Flat 15x3 mm and nuts & bolts complete. Galvanised M.S. Wire gauze with 0.63 mm dia wire and 1.4 mm aperture on both sides including cost of materials, labour, usage charges of machinery complete as per specifications and as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing white wash or colour wash by steel brushing and / or scraping, sand papering and preparing wall surface smooth including repairs to scraches including cost of labour, material complete as per specifications.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Applying priming coats with primer of approved brand and manufacture, having low VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content. With water thinnable cement primer on wall surface having VOC content less than 50 g/L as per specifications and as per directions of Engineerin charge.

Wall /Ceiling painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 g/L, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint on wooden or metal surfaces of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade :One coats on old work as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer in charge.

Polishing on wood work with ready mixed wax polish of approved brand and manufacture : New work to give an even surface including preparing the surface after thorougly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and foreign matter, sand papering smooth, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : Old work (Two coat applied @ 1.67 l/ 10 m²) on existing cement paint surface including preparing the surface after thoroughly cleaning the surface to remove all dirt, dust and foreign matter, cost of materials, labour complete as per specifications and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Cleaning and chemical washing of office/residence floors, toilet floors / tile dado kitchen / sanitary fixtures, corridor , lobies , partitons storage units, furniture, elecrtical and electronic euipments , doors, windows, curtain blinds etc , including cleaning of dust etc , using suitable bombay broom stick , squezers/wipers/rubber brushes, mop sticks , coir brushes bamboo baskets, plastic buckets , trolleys , wiping cloths , carry bags, liquid spray, soap oil and phenol etc removing the debris outside from the campus
