Outsourcing services of internal electrical supply, complaint of day to day maintenance of existing electrical point wiring, electrical fitting, light short circuit earth leakage, no light from switch rooms DBs in corridoors etc repairs to all other electrical fittings/fixures at site and make the electric supply functional in general shift from 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs comprising by deploying minimum three electrician and three helper including note down the complaint in complaint register,distribution to the tradesman,collection of maintenance store from store yard of electric section etc complete all as specified and directed .

Note : (a) All the T&P items like eight feet height aluminium folding with self supported ladder 3 Nos,drill machine with bits of any size three Nos will be provided by the contractor at no extra cost o the department at the time of commencement of work other wise a penalty of Rs 500/day shall be recovered from the contractor dues.Tool Bags required for attending the complaint shall also be provided by contractor to the tradesmen with dress code,name of the indls and firm etc.

(b) All the stationery i.e complaint register, job card dockets and other connected register related to the work shall be arranged and to be maintain by the contractor.

(c) Stores reqd for day to day maintenance for above repairs shall be issued by the department on complaint basis at store located within complex.

(d) All the retrieved material shall be the property of Contractor with Sch of credit as shown on credit schedule..

(e) Contractors are advised to visit the site before quoting rates.

(f) Contractor shall be panelised @ Rs. 200/- per complaint/ day, if he fails to attend and rectify the complaint within 8 hours of lodging the complaint either personally or telephonically. In this regard the decision of the Engr-in-Charge shall be final & binding.

(g) Contractor shall provide the full manpower on Sunday/Saturday/Holiday on direction of Eng-in-Charge by verbally/telephonically otherwise recovery RS- 400/person/day shall be recovered from the contractor dues.

(h) The employed electrician should be suitably qualified in concerned trade or shall have minimum 05 years experience in internal electrification services.

(j) Work shall be carried out as per modern engineering practice including day to day maintenance record register, duty roster, attendance register etc complete alongwith general tool safety measures on conveyanee/ transportation uniform etc.

(k) Contractor will submit the nominal roll and qualification of electricians and helper within 15 days of acceptance.After that period a sum of Rs 500/day shall be recovered from the contractor dues.

(l) all workers shall wear proper uniform ,failing whitch recovery of 100 /person/day shall be recovered from the contractor.

(m) Any stores required for rectification of electric complaints other than item mentioned in CA as provided by the department shall also required to be fixed by the persons employed under subject CA without any extra cost to the department..

(n) In case any tradesmen found absent during the period mentioned above (i.e 0930 hrs to 1730 hrs) a penalty of Rs 500/.person/day shall be recovered from the contractor dues.

(o)All consumable items like cotton waste,PVC insulation tape,thimbles,nut bolts,screws are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

(p)The material under this contract which is as Supply only be consumed under this item described here above.

(i) The estimated cost of the work in respect of BOQ Sr iterm No 01(as based on minimum wages rates issued vide central/state) is Rs 14,79,20.00 . If the quoted amount is found less than the estimated cost of Sr item No 01 of BOQ and tender of lowest bidder is considered for acceptance, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR in favour of Accepting officer for the difference in estimated cost and Accepted amount in respect of BOQ Sr item No 1 within 30 days from date of acceptance. In case the said FDR is not submitted within 30 days the amount in question shall be recovered from contractor’s first RAR/Final bill whichever is earlier. However the FDR/recovered amount shall be released to the contractor after satisfactory completion of work. Attention is further invited added that when the amount of said recovery mentioned herein above is less than the amount of performance security as indicated under Clasue 02 on page 04 of CA and Clause 12 on page 11 of CA, no FDR is required to be submitted for quoting less rate against BOQ Srl Item No 01. However if the amount of performance security is less than the FDR to be submitted for less quoting rate, the difference of performance security amount and FDR amount(for less quoting rates) shall be deposited by the lowest bidder (whose tender is accepted) in the form of FDR for difference amount over and above performance security within 30 days from the date of Acceptance.
