Demolition of cement concrete of any description and in any position and removing surplus spoil out of defence land where directed at a level not exc 1.5 m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection and path finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

M&L for 75mm PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40mm graded aggregate as in plinth protection and path finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified

Demolition floor, hearth or wall tiling/stone (upto appx 8 Mtr height) including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as specified

M&L for non skid joint free glazed ceramic coloured tiles of area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm and 6-7 mm thick in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for Dholpur stone as on wall cladding with machine cut face work, pillar, arches, hexagonal roof pillar and all facing etc of 15 mm to 18 mm thick one side single length laid and jointed in cement and sand mortar 1:2 including ardelite chemical with epoxy and recess pointed with an admixture of white cement and fixed with screw and dholpur stone dust 1:1 and making edges, work in small patches, stone shall be of uniform colour of each stone and size not exc. 0.20 sqm each fixed, over and including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on brick or concrete wall surfaces finished rough surfaces to receive tiles all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel work in flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed. by Engineer-in-charge

M&L for non-skid coloured ceramic glazed tile 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 mm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles with & including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) to receive the top layer of tiles complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per Srl item No 9 above, but on skirting etc over and including 10 mm thick cement plaster finished even and rough to receive tiles in Cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified
