CERTAIN REPAIR TO FENCING, BOUNDARY WALL AND GATE UNDER AGE B/R-I AT NAMS

Dismantling posts or structs (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in natural ground, complete all as specified & directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exc. 0.50 cum, in soft/ loose soil and getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc. 25cm, watering and removal of excavated materials to a distance n. exc. 50m and making good surfaces, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (40mm graded aggregates) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete type D-2 1:4:8 (40mm graded aggregates) in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of chain link fencing, wire mesh of any type, and in any position by unscrewing nuts, fillets, clamps or cutting of rivets, and welded portion complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note: supply only chain link fencing, MS 10mm dia round bars as line wire and MS flat iron shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of this schedule.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanised fencing any size and shape (Approved by GE/EIC) including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards , rails , staining bolts, etc including provision of bindings wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of strandard rails straining bolts, including securing and tying at crossing with and provisioning of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins incl dismantling of old existing barbed wire in any position complete all as spd and directed. (Note: Each line wire shall be measured for payment)

Description all as per above item no. 8.00 here-in –before but except barbed wire.

S&F, mild steel posts and struts in fencing cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mess etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or reveting etc. and similar work conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S/F in repair framed work such as grills, grating etc with ends of bars shouldered and or riveted or forged into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, raailing, framed ork of water tanks and similar work confirming to FE 290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only mild steel flat iron, round bars etc. in available length complete conforming to Fe-290 (Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed. Note:- 10mm dia MS rods 3 Nos shall be provided horizontally by interweving in the chain link and welded with MS flat iron.

S&F mild steel screw bolts 5 to 10mm dia (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, not exc. 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brickwork with sub class 'B' bricks (old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete incl demolition of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar etc. disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item 15.00 here in before but except bricks.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks (old size brick) straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete incl demolition of brickwork /stone built in cement mortar etc., disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC. complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item 17.00 here in before but except bricks.

S&F machine pressed coloured precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade over 25mm thick sand cushioning and joint filled with dry sand, incl dismantling of stone slab and tiles of any description of thickness in floors/aprons etc, disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC. complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per srl item 19.00 here in before but except paver block (old paver blocks retreived from dismantling shall be reused after necessary cleaning and making good) all as specified.

M & L machine pressed coloured chequered tiles of size 300 x 300 x 25 mm thick laid over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 bedded and jointed in neat cement slurry incl dismantling / demolition and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Cement concrete in foundations, filling and mass concrete, Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) including demolition of old cement concrete in any description complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 Type B-2 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring incl finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement , rubbish off the primises and incl demolition and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work, kerb stone and finishing the surface even and fair (without using extra cement) incl taking down plaster of walls scrubbing down with water and dispose off debries where directed by EIC, complete all as specified and directed incl WPC @3% by weight of cement etc. Note-WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items

M&L for 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete work, kerb stone and finishing the surface even and smooth (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed incl WPC @3% by weight of cement etc. Note-WPC will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint over one coat of alkali resistance primer incl preparation of new plasterd surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Colour and make as approved by Engr-in-Charge

S & F steel work in tubular trusses and tubular posts, vertical/horizontal bar, chin up bar and similar works including special shaped washers, chequered plate etc., complete using but welded tubes confirming to IS 1161- 1979 graded St 240 including dismantling of old mild steel of any description complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Pre- painted galvaume aluminum zinc coating GI based manglore/ trapezoidal/ semi corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/ cladding, fixed with self tapping screws as incl dismantling of plain or corrugated steel sheeting in roof covering all as specified and directed by EIC.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding/ ridge hipe valley to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

S&F in repair 2mm thick fibre glass reinforced translucent sheeting with two corrugations side lap fixed with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc incl dismantling complete all as specifeid and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surfaces of exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete louvres and jallies, 40mm thick type B-0, 1:2:4 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) set in cement mortar 1:4 measured solid including all moulding but excluding frame including demolition of existing and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete (RCC Jali Pillars) of Size 100x100x750mm including demolition of existing and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for 4mm thick acrylic sheet board of High quality with Media printing of 3m of best quality (size/frame of board, design of bd, type of print on sheet, size of studd, samples of letter, pictures, writing will be provided by accepting officer or Engr-in-Charge) and fixed at any height from GL to 29 Mtr height incl stainless steel studds (min 4 studs at each board / sheet ) complete all as specified and directed incl dismantling of existing damaged sheets. Note : Minimum weight of Acrylic Sheet not less than 4.70kg per sqm (Acrylic sheet make A Cast / Astari / Marka Cipta and stainless steel of grade A-ISI 304(1818).

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate set in cement mortar 1:6 as in landings, cover slabs for manhole etc,water tank base and similar work complete all as specified and directed including demolition of existing RCC and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed..

M&L TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, conforming to grade Fe-500, complete all as specified & directed.

Description all as per Srl item No. 28.00 above but 5mm dia & over upto & including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders.

S&F mild steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, doors, etc to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe-290 grade-E-165, complete all as specified.

S&F 1.25mm thick MS sheet in steel gates and similar work,cut to size, holes punched, including round headed screws, clouts nails or rivets and fixed to wood or steel framing with riveted or welded seams, including bending or turning up, mitred angles etc as required including dismantling of Old Ms sheet complete all as directed.

S&F Welded steel wire fabric supplied and fixed complete to wood or steel members weight not exceeding 4 kg per sqm, complete all as specified& directed.

Taking down of old gate, area exc 6 Sqm but n exc 12 Sqm and erection and refixing the same after making it serviceable, easing, greasing, oiling complete including cutting, filling for hold fast incl making good in PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 as required, including one coat of synthetic enamel paint to MS gate as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite 15-20 mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms, wash basin platform, treads, risers and like laid in cement 15 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite incl rounding of edging including dismantling of old stone and and disposal of unserviceable material, debris and rubbish to a distance n exc 100m as directed by the EIC, complete all as specified and directed.
