Point wiring complete with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated, FRLSH, conforming to IS-694/1990 unsheathed, multistranded, single core, copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade colour code cables drawn through and including PVC Conduit 20mm dia medium grade and including cutting, chasing work at any height and all accessories are concealed in walls / roofs / floors / ceiling etc; metal flush boxes suitable modules as directed with top, bottom, side/back wall knockout for conduit entry from any direction made out of 1.60mm thick, including modular top cover plate as per numbers of switch modules for fixing of modular switches,sockets,fan regulators, red colour indicator, blank plates etc. as approved colours and including 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated multistranded FRLSH unsheathed (Green colour), single core cable with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor and connecting to common earth dolly and including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with existing surface and colour coat including providing putty and white cement for smooth finishing of existing surface complete all as specified and directed for the following:-

Concealed sub main wiring of two run with 06 sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, flexible multi stranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade, drawn through and including PVC conduit 20mm dia , medium grade, ISI marked and fixed, including cutting /chasing as required and its accessories including one run of 6 Sqmm single core PVC insulated, FRLSH, multi stranded copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor in green colour, connected to common earth dolly including taking down existing sub main wiring, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Two run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit only.

Sub main wiring with two run of single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 Sqmm drawing through and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 20mm dia or above required including one single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 4 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to commen earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Two run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and one run of 4 sqmm single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit only.

Sub main wiring with four run of single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 Sqmm drawing through and including concealed rigid non metallic PVC conduit medium grade ISI marked 25mm dia or above required including two run of single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade cable with stranded copper conductor of size 6 sqmm as earth continuity conductor connected to commen earth and earth dolly complete all as specified and directed. Note: - Four run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable and two run of 6 sqmm single core copper conductor cable as earth continuity and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one unit only.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected with galvanized iron earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel complete with 15mm dia GI light grade protection pipe, 20mm dia GI medium grade watering pipe with funnel including charcoal, dust, salt, PCC M-15 type B1 in pit with angle iron (25x25x3)mm frame work with precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 cover reinforced with 8mm dia TMT bars @ 150mm C/C both ways and 12mm dia MS fabricated handle, test point etc. in and including light grade GI protection pipe 20mm bore up to 7.5m length for drawing in earth lead wire, all as shown in electric plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I complete with necessary earth work in any type of soil, removal of soil to a distance not exc. 50m, testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. Note:- On testing after completion of earthing, if desired earth resistance is not obtained, the earthing will be re-done by the contractor at his own risk & cost to the entire satisfaction.

Sheet metal, VTPN distribution board (DB) fitted with DPX3, 160 MCCB, 04 way, (DPX3 -160 +12), complete with metal door, 415 volts rating and IP 56 protection the DB shall be fixed flush to wall and including all internal connection, necessary reducer lugs all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Construction of valve pit of size (60x60x60)cm (Internal dimensions) using PCC (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate for foundation 10cm thick and 100mm off sets on all sides, 230mm thick brick masonary walls built in cement mortar (1:6), 15mm thick rendering all around the masonry work in cement (1:6), for internal and up to 15cm below GL for external surfaces of walls, 50mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 coping with 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate including necessary form work for grouting including 3.15mm thick, MS top sheet cover double door with locking arrangement welded to MS frame made out of (50x60x6)mm angle iron frame fixed with hold fasts in coping including painting of steel surface with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer as finishes coat including necessary excavation in any kind of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting the existing MS/DI/CI branch line pipe line of 50mm dia, from header carefully by means of gas cutter, removing the rusted MS pipe lines, making provision for joining new MS/CI/DI pipes of same size by welding MS flanges of suitable size and making leake proof joint including all jointing materials like bolts,nuts and gaskets required at site complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting of existing road for crossing of MS/DI/CI/GI pipes for laying of any size pipes including necessary excavation and earth work including repairing the same with pre mix bituminous carpet, complete all as specified and directed.
