Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft/loose soil for laying pipes etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up old UNSV AC pipe incl all fittings with spigot and socket ends and lead joint of size 300mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser Item No. 4.00 above but of size 400mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing of Ductile iron pipe (Conforming to IS: 8329-2000), Centrifugally Cast (Spun) Pressure Pipe with Socket and Spigot ends suitable for Push-on-Joint incl jointing material ie tyton rubber ring, duly applied with Zinc Coating with finishing layer of Bitumen on external surfaces and Cement Motor Lining with Bituminous Seal Coat on internal surfaces complete of size 300mm bore class K-9 laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace Cast Iron sluice valve of size 400mm dia bore, having pressure rating PN 1.6, double flanged, non-rising stainless steel spindle with iron wheel conforming to IS:14846-2000 with jointing material ie new rubber gasket, nuts & bolts, washer etc of suitable size and taking down old unserviceable sluice valve complete all as specified and directed. Note : Material will be accepted and allowed to incorporate in the work only after production of proper purchase voucher from authorised dealer and test certificate from the manufacture.

All as per Ser item No. 8.00 above but of size 300mm dia bore complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement of DI Mechanical joint (MJ) collar with rubber ring complete suitable for CI/DI pipe line of 400mm bore size with and incl all jointing material complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The rate quoted by contractor deemed to be incl necessary earth works.

All as per Ser item No. 10.00 above but suitable for pipe of size 300mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ductile iron fittings suitable for CI pipe of size upto 300mm bore and any type, class K-12, such as Bends (any type, radius and angle), tapers any type (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc), Tee pieces (single branch, "Y" junction, double branch, cross etc), caps and plugs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fabricating and fixing of MS clamp, base frame for pumping set, supports, bracing, stiffness etc made out of MS channel, angle iron, flat iron of any size including drilling of holes with and including gasket, nuts & bolts with washers etc, as required, including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide paint complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for takingdown old unserviceable valve pits of any size and constructing of full brick mesonary pits of internal dimensions 3.0mtr x1.3mtr x2.2 mtrs (bottom PCC floor of the pit should be minimum 30 cms below the bottom surface of sluice valve flange to provide sufficient working space), bottom floor of the pit be constructed in PCC (1:3:6) 15 cms thick with 20 mm stone aggregate, inner and exposed surfaces and bottom floor of the pit should be plastered in CM (1:4) 15 MM thick. The sluice valve and other fittings should be housed in center of the pit. the vertices of the pit should in right angle and champhered .The top cover of the pit will be made out of MS sheet min 2mm thick witth angle iron frame made out of MS angle 50mm x 50 mm x 6 mm with MS hindges two nos, and locking arrangements duly painted with two coats of water resistant synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pipe ductile Iron, S/S including specials, class"K-7", 150 mm (6") dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of pipe ductile Iron, S/S including specials, class"K-7", 100 mm (4") dia complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing old 150 mm bore CI pipe including CI fittings/special complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking out existing old 100 mm bore CI/GI pipe including CI/GI fittings/special complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour DI special fittings for spigot ends pipes such as bends any type radious and angle, flanged sockets, flanged bends, tapers any type (straight, bend increasing or decreasing double socket etc), Tee pieces(double socket with flanged branch, all sockets), single branch, 'Y' junction, double branch cross (all socket or socket and spigot, tail pieces flanged spigot, , Connecting pieces one end flanged and other socket or spigot and bell mouth pieces one end flanged other end tapering as bell mouth, Collars,caps and plug etc all as specified and directed up to 200mm bore.
