Taking down cement plaster or cement lime plaster on brick or stone wall and of any description including racking out joints hacking for key sucrubing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in CM 1:4 with water proofing compound (water proofing compound shall be used as per manufacturers instructions) over a coat of 10mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:6 over brick or concrete surfaces finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Water proofing compound shall be used as per manufacturer's instructions. (ii) Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item of this schedule.

Supply only water proofing compound conforming to IS-2645 : 2003.

M & L for preparation of new or old surfaces of wall and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion based premium quality finish exterior antifungal paint over a coat of primer including scarping and cleaning all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying one coat of acrylic emulsion based premium quality finish exterior antifungal paint all as directed by the Engineer-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of framed works such as grills gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and /or riveted or forged into spikes; framed guard bars barred iron doors ladders framed balusters; walk ways railings framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes notching for wire, etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel / iron surfaces of any description exceeding 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of old steel painted surfaces exc 10cm width and girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed.

M& L for PVC coated GI chain link fencing 3.5 mm dia with 50x50 mm mesh incl fixing of MS line wire / rod flat iron & machine made hexhagonal or square head bolts to fencing posts incl dismantling of existing fencing post complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clip complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in trenches in hard / dense soil, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Plain Cement Concrete Type D2 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in ridges, hips, valley gutter, drip, and straight flashing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of aluminium flat iron work in, wind ties screwed as directed, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of rolled Mild Steel work as in Tubular Trusses, Posts etc including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes confirming to IS - 1161, Grade St - 240, Medium Grade of any dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Surface excavation hard & dense soil n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for hard core of gauge n,exc 63mm, deposited , spread and levelled in layers n,exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface with broken stone complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) laid in panels surface finish even and smooth (without using extra cement) as in plinth protection, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips 3mm thick and 38mm width for fixing with items No 26 above.

M&L for pre cast concrete coloured with glazed finish (Lacquere finished) interlocking paver block of M-35 grade , having compressive str 30 N /mm2, 60mm thick of shade as approved by GE laid dry over sand cushion of average thickness 50 mm complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Sand cushioning shall be measured and paid separately under relevent item of this schedule

M&L in repairs for providing precast cement concrete kerb stone as in path or similar in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded aggregate) edges finished even and smooth cross section area not less than 0.06 sqm each including necessary excavation and earth work for embedding kerb stone and pointing of joints with CM 1:4 complete all as spesified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick Sand filling under floors including watering, consolidation and levelling complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for virtified ceramic tiles10mm thick (square / rectangular ) polished heavy duty vertified tiles 300 x 300 size infloors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screedbed in CM ( 1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequred cement concrete tiles mixed with grey cement and no pigment of size 300x300x 25 mm thick set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors incl 20 mm thick screed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F of 10 mm dia TMT bars cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking ,bending & binding with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded aggregate) in cover slabs with plain faces set in cement mortar 1:6 for drain, manholes etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
