Replacement of temperature sensor of SM 10 steam boiler at LD Hospital, Srinagar

providing and fittig of temperature sensor device of SM10 model steam boiler as per recommended by OEM by way of dismantling of old and damaged sensor from the base and fitting of new one as per sample. The job includes providing of skilled labor, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.

repairs to the 15 lackcal/hr hot water generator feed pump by way of dismantling motor and pump assembly from the base and taking it to the nearest workshop. The job includes dismantling of old and damaged shaft sleeve, damaged pump gland and bearing. The job further includes fabrication of gun metal shaft sleeve, pump gland and minor repairs by way of turning of shaft on lathe maching for removing any unbalacing, the job also includes installation of new bearings. the job further includes reassembling of the newly fabricated parts and shifting back to the boiler house and refitting pump back to its original place and position. the job also includes testing it on full load and providing of skilled labors, tools and tackles to complete the whole job.
