Supply, errecting, testing and commissioning complete of manufacturer or OEM manufactured, static silent (Sound Proof enclosure) Diesel Engine Driven Generating Set capable of delivering 100 KVA, water cooled, 415 Volts(AC three phase, 4 Wire system of supply) 50 HZ at power factor 0.8 minimum. The DG Set shall consists of diesel engine coupled to a matching alternator, through flexible coupling and mountd on common base frame and complete with control panel standardised by manufacturer, fuel tank with mounting arrangements and inlet , outlet return inlet oil arrangement, exhaust pipe complete and suitable for conditions prevalent at Udaipur( Capacity of Engine, alternators shall be worked out taking all derating factors into consideratuion) including PCC foundation( of suitable size leaving at least 0.5 M all around for ease of movement and 0.5 M height), antivibration pads,including all features to comply with latest CPCB guidelines and Comprising of followings:- of Make: Kirloskar, Mahindra (Powerol). (i) ENGINE(Prime Mover): Diesel Engine 1500 RPM , direct injection ,multi cylinders ,four stroke, confirming to ISO3046/BS 5514, water cooled, naturally turbo charged,capable of giving adequate BHP to drive Alternator capable of delivering 100 KVA at outdoor atmospheric conditions at Udaipur ,(Taking all derating factor into consideration), , including 12/24 Volt(as per manufacturer recommendations) electric battery start, complete with fly wheel all standard fittings/fixtures as per manufacturer and including suitable panel with control panel with multifunction meter having display of lubricant oil pressure, water temparature hours run, line voltage , phase voltage , line current, KW, PF, KWH, battery voltage , frequency and RPM etc. tachometer, lub oil temperature meter, pressure gauge and frequency meters and also including self starter system, dynamo, fuel electric control panel with electronic governor (ECPG) and Engine protection system(Shut down, High water temperature, low lub oil, oil pressure,overspeed etc) fuel tank and first fill of lub oil and other consumables etc. (ii) AlLTERNATOR: Brushless AC alternator, 3 Phase, 415 Volt, 4 wire, rated for output of 100 KVA, Minimum power factor 0.8, 1500 RPM, IP 23 Protection class enclosure, insulation Class "H", salient pole, revolving field, single bearing automatic voltage regulator coupled through flexible coupling with and to match the above engine. (iiI) BASE PLATE: made out of structural steel as per manufacturers recommended design/specifications. (iv) ACOUSTIC ENCLOSURE:Sheet metal fabricated cope type silent enclosure manufactured on CNC machines as per CPCB norms and powder coated after seven tank process, the enclosure shall be designed for reducing the sound level to 75 DB (A) at a distance of 1 M at 75 % load under field condition and ox, 70DB at 3 M from Gen set when DG set is working at full load along with testing confirmance, labeling certification etc as laid down in GSR No 371(E) dt 17 May 2002. (v) Foundation/Plinth/Base:Shall be provided as per manufacturers recommendations, however minimum 0.5 m Space should be available all around the Set and height of plinth shall not be less than 0.5 M, Note; size and strength of plinth will be recommmended by Engr-in-charge at site as required. (VI) Diesel storage tank of capacity adequate for storage of diesel for 12 hours operation og Gen Set. (VII) MISC: maintenance free batteries, Tool kit, Operation and Maintenance catalogue, spare part list, overhauling manuals, guarantee card etc shall be provided as per manufacturer standard practices.

Supply and lay cable XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 95 Sqmm 3.5 core

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick, burried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip 32 X 6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part-I connected to OH conductor on pole/ Panel/ main switch board etc all as specified or indicated and testing on completion including provision galvanized strip protected by 40 mm bore, light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including excavation & earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, charcoal, salt, funnel, GI strip and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in loose/soft type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide for laying of cables, RCC/Steel tubular poles/stays and struts etc getting out including trimming sides and forming bottom surface all as specified and directed at site.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, back in trenches after cables have been laid and tested, poles, stays , struts have been erected and tested , all as specified and directed at site

Removal of excavated surplus material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr away in layer n. exc. 1.5m from the starting point all as direcet by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for old size sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6 mtr mean radius for cable cover.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC/ XLPE cables with river sand and punning to provide required cover to UG cables. Note :- For the purpose of payment only punned thickness will be measured
