Demolishing cement concrete manually/ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in - charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (i/c equivalent design mix)

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unservicealbe material of the dumping gound, for which pavement shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: All kinds of soil.

Excavation in foundation in ordinary soil (Loam,clay orsand) including lift upto 1.50 M and lead upto 30 M . And including filling watering and ramming of excavated earth into the trenches or into the space between the building and the sides of foundation trenches or into the plinth and removal and disposal of surplus earth as directed by the Engineer-in -charge upto a distance of 30 M from the foundation trenches (Where machine can not reach\move. For building work only.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material ,spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepered surface, mixing by mix in place method with front end loader at OMC ,and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired,complets as per clause 401.

Cement Concrete with 4 cm gauge approved stone ballast ,coarse sand & cement in the proportion of 8:41 including supply of all materials, labour, tools & plants etc. Required for proper completion of the work.

Laying old cement concrete interlocking paver blocks of any design /shape laid in required line, ldevel, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50mm thck compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints wikth fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Old C.C. paver blocks shall be supplied by the department free of Cost.)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 10.0 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (anythickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts,struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing:1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

12 mm cement plaster of mix : 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand)
