M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab, including parapet comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification from bottom to top:- (i) Taking out old roof treatment and roughening the same old concrete slab by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. (ii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in cemcent sand mortar 1:4 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished even and fair without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (iii) Cleaning of plastered roof surface and applying one coat of cold bituminous primer @ 0.25ltr /Sqm conforming to IS:3384-1986. (iv) APP based polymeric membrane 3mm thick (minimum), weighing 3.5 Kg/sqm reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (weighing not less than 150 gms/Sqm) shall be applied over bituminous primer as specified above . Application of polymeric membrance shall be done by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75mm on longitudinal direction. (v) Applying one coat of aluminum paint over the APP modified membrance @ 0.11Kg/sqm. (vi) The subject item shall be executed by the specialist firm or company or their authorised rep duly approved by the Accepting officer.

M&L for Roof treatment work including wire brushing and cleaning the top surfaces of roof including flashing and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any penetration by using blown bitumen @ 1.7Kg /Sqm , lightly tampered (area of flashings etc shall be added to the roof area) and providing APP membrane 3mm thick (minimum) , weighing 3.5Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm) shalll be applied by torch application. The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction including taking out old unserviceable one. Note: The subject item shall be executed by the specialist firm or company or their authorised rep duly approved by the Accepting officer.

M&L for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab (accessible) comprising with the following courses of treatment/specification :- (i) Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises. (ii) M& L Roof treatment work including wire brushing and cleaning the top surfaces of roof including flashing and surface painting with a layer of blown bitumen of any panetration by using blown bitumen @ 1.7Kg /Sqm , lightly tampered (area of flashings etc shall be added to the roof area) and providing APP membrane 3mm thick (minimum) ,weighing 3.5Kg/Sqm reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm) shalll be appliex by torch application.The overlaps shall be minimum 100mm on the transverse direction and 75 mm on longitudinal direction including taking out old unserviceable roof treatment works. (iii) Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 for laying as in roof slab with mixing of WPC and surface finished fair and smooth without using extra cement. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid for under separate items) (iv) M&L for 22mm thick PCC tiles (conforming to IS) of size 250 X 250mm or 300 X 300mm laid over the bedding layer & jointing with neat cement slurry and sealed with 2mm deep epoxy compound. (v) The subject item shall be executed by the specialist firm or company or their authorised rep duly approved by the Accepting officer.

Supply only integral water proofing compound, ISI marked.complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting grooves in brick or PCC solid block wall built in cement mortar ,75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement sand mortar 1:3 etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic coloured tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1: 4 complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per above item No 7.00 but as in vertical surfaces such as skirting & dado over and including 10mm thick backing course using cement sand mortar (1:4) finished fair and even on vertical surfaces of wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or Rectangular) area of each tile exc. 0.11 Sqm but not exc. 0.18 sqm, as in floor etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement sand mortar 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles 300 mm X 200 mm X 7 mm thick as on vertical surface of wall such as skirting, dado, riser etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surface of tiles including 10mm thick rendering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished fair and even on vertical surfaces of wall etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite (of any type) tiles 18/20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding in layer in cement sand mortar 1:3 for laying floor finished fair and even etc complete all as specified and as directed etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkhats or frames not exc. 1.50 sqm each but with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) with all builders hardwares and removing from site etc complete all as specifed and as directed.

S&F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30 mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width, stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rails, lock rail & bottom rails on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, Panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at site complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC door frame, solid, of size 50mm x 47 mm made out of plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of 2nd class hardwood scantling, clean sawn in any position and any description as in unframed work including dismantling of timber scantling 40 Sqcm and over in section, in any position as in unframed or framed workcomplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with nails as in ceiling including dismantling wall & ceiling boards of any description including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2nd class hard wood plain fillets square, rectangular or triangular in section, clean sawn, fixed with nails sec are exc. 6 sqcm but n. exc. 13 sqcm complete including dismantling of fillets before fixing new fillets all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials, new or old, of any description and girth, not otherwise described and treated with two coats creosote oil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of surfaces of any description n.exc 10 cm width/girth not otherwise descibed & apply two coats of Synthetic Enamel paint over a coat of pink primer on wooden surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Rotational moulded HDPE polyethylene 1000 ltrs capacity water storage tanks three layered, (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position in SSR Part-I including ball valves 20mm dia high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high-density plastic ball including 20mm dia GI medium grade over flow pipe, approx lenght 1.5 mtr, 25 mm dia wash out pipe with pluged at one end complete all as specified and directed.Make:- Polytuf / Sintex / Polycon.

S&F in repair 20 mm dia ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & highdensity plastic ball screwed minimum weight 210 gms for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt etc from PVC/RCC/MS overhead tanks by using wire brush, bleaching powder or lime etc of required quantity and washing with clean water from tank and mouth of circulating pipe after disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repair, cleaning, etc and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position of capacity exc 250 n.exc 500Ltrs incl writing "TC on -DD/MM/YY" with white synthetic enamel paint with 5 cm font in capital letters etc complete all as specified and directed.Note:- Proper record of cleaning of tank done under subject item shall be maintained in a register by sub division ,duly authenticated by user or user rep and Engineer-in-charge and shall be produced at the time of claiming any payments.

All as per item No. 42 here-in-before but capacity exc 500 n.exc 1000Ltrs complete all as specified and directed.
