GE/BAS-40/2026-27 Repair and Maintenance of security lights, road lights, solar lights and its allied services at Madhopur station under GE Basoli

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth for foundation of pole/stay and laying of UG cable/GI pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and depth exc 1.5 m but not exc 3.00 metre for foundation of pole/stay and laying of UG cable/GI pipe and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L returning, filling and including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material nexc 50m and depositing where directed at a level nexc 1.5mtr above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement DWC high density polyethelene pipes having dia 40mm/32mm inner as per site requirement having corrugation on the wall and plain surface on the inner wall conforming to IS: 14930 (Part-I & II) for protection of underground cable laid along pole/ along wall / in PCC on GL/ Roof and including all fittings as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Repair / rectification for street light/ perimeter light/ flood light any type, capacity & make to make the security / street lights in serviceable condition as intimated by JE EM/ Engineer-in-Charge after rectification/ trace out the fault which includes removing of street/ security light fitting from LT / HT PCC/ Steel tubular/ Swan neck poles, refixing after repair, tightening of loose connection on ACSR conductor/ with bus bar chamber / in DB, replacement of lamp, lamp holder, capacitor,replacement of connection wire or any other part and refixing in proper alignment on GI Pipe bracket or by other means as per site requirement including replacement of screws, nuts , bolts washers as required proper connection with PVC insulation tape etc complete to keep the light in serviceable condition through out the period of contract by repairing on time all as directed to the entire satisfaction of JE EM/ Engineer-in-Charge Note:- (i) Worn out / damaged/ Unserviceable parts to be replaced shall be measured and paid for separately under relavant items of BOQ as supply only and fixing is deemed to be included under this item. (ii) All the T&P and transportation required for the work shall be arranged by the contractor which shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate. Contractor shall provide the all type of T&P i.e. tools, insulation tape, ladder any type etc to electricial for attending the complaints. The quoted rate include the cost of minor items i.e. screws, nuts, washers for light fitting etc. (iii) Contractor shall provide & maintain the register regarding 100% serviceability of security lights duly signed by the JE/ Engineer-in-Charge , Contractor , unit rep. (iv) The work will be carried out on at as per direction of JE/ Engr-in-Charge. (v) The electrician shall receive the complaint from JE/ Engineer-in-Charge on complaint slip and after completion of job the slip shall be deposited to JE/ Engineer-in-Charge daily duly signed by users. The printed complaint slip and complaint register shall be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (vi) An inventory for the parts/ spares which are found unserviceable and requir replacement with new parts/ spare shall be prepared and kept in record duly signed by Engineer-in-Charge and Contractor.

Supply only and replaced under the item No. 06 Driver electronic compact type suitable for LED street light fitting 30-70 Watt as per sample/required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only and replaced under the item No. 06Driver electronic compact type suitable for LED street light fitting 90 Wattas per sample/required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only and replaced under the item No. 06 Driver electronic compact type suitable for LED street light fitting 120 Wat tas per sample/required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out old U/S damaged street light fittings and M & L for Providing street light fitting of capacity 60 Watt LED fitting,5700 K new generation energy saving and environmental friendly long life LED street light fitting made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing with high power LED as lighting source and lens embedded PC cover with IP-65 protection and impact resistance of IK-07 complete including 2.00 RM, 3 core, 1.5 Sqmm copper wire for each light fitting etc complete all as specified and directed.
