Earthwork in filling canal service road left bank .of Rapti main canal & Campierganj Branch in all types of soils including all lead & lift , manual compaction and dressing required for proper completion of work including cost of all T. & P., labour etc as direction by the Engineer incharge.

Construction of granular Sub-base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Techincal Specification Clause 401.

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 63-45 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical specification clause 405

Providing ,Laying ,spreading and compacting stone aggregates of 53-22.4 mm size to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness , hand packing ,rolling with Smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber ,applying and brooming ,Stone screening,binding materials to fill up theinterstices of coarse aggregate ,watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical specification clause 405

Brick edging on both sides of road with Class-M150 bricks laid on edge with mud mortar including supply of bricks, labour, T&P and all taxes etc. complete for proper completion of the work as per specification and direction of E/ I as per SI 765.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 kg/sqm using mechanical means.as per Technical Specification Clause 502

Providing and applying tack coat with Bitumen grade using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg per sqm on the prepared granular surfaces treated with primer & Cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification Clause 503.

Providing laying & rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20 mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm aggregates either using penetration grade bitumen or emulsion to required line ,grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base including mixing in a suitable plant laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100 KN static roller capacity finished to required level and grades to be followed by manual MORD Specificiations 508

Providing and laying seal coat 'C' Type sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall .as per Technical Specification clause 510.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation for all structures of Dys & Mrs of Rapti Main Canal in all types of soils including lead upto 30.0 m, lift upto 1.5 m and its proper disposal and back filling as per direction given by Engineer in charge required for proper completion of work including cost of all T.&P., labour etc..

Laying C.C. A40 - M-10 in foundation of all structures of Dys & Mrs of Rapti Main Canal with cement (O.P.C., 43 Grade) , coarse sand of F.M. not less than 2.0 and hard stone ballast (20-40 mm size) including lead upto 60.0m , lift upto 3.0 m , mechanical mixing but excluding cost of centering and shuttering required for proper completion of work including cost of all material T.& P., labour etc.

Brick work in 1:4 cement (O.P.C,. 43 Grade) mortor with brick (M150),sand (F.M. not less than 2.0)in Dys. & Minors of Rapti Main Canal required for proper completion of work including all cost of material, labour and T. & P.etc.

Supplying and fixing1000 mm dia NP-3 hume pipe Dys & Mrs of Rapti Main Canal required for proper completion of work including cost of all materials,labour,T. & P.etc.

Cement pointing in 1:2 cement mortar struck (deep) with cement (O.P.C.,43 Grade), coarse sand of FM more than 2.0 in Dys. & Minors of Rapti Main Canal required for proper completion of work including cost of all material, labour and T.&P.etc.
