WORK FOR PATROLLING AND ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF 220 & 132 KV LINES ETSD CHANDPUR, UNDER ETD BIJNOR. Note:- Nut & bolts, tower members, PG Clamp, Conductor jumper cone and Disc/Polymer insulator, Copper bond will be provided by department free of cost.

Regular Tower to Tower ground patrolling and Tower top patrolling wherever required of following 220 & 132 KV Lines under ETSD-Chandpur, detection of defects like missing/theft tower members, hot point, puncture insulator disc, dislocation of vibration dampers/damaged conductor/ earthwire, checking of foundation & position of tree in the corridor of 27 meter of the line, patrolling shall be done on Quarterly basis i.e. 4 times in a year. i) 132 KV Nehtaur (220)-Tajpur Line (21 Kms. Approx.) ii) 132 KV Nehtaur (220)-Chandpur Line (21.5 Kms. Approx.) iii) 132 KV Nehtaur (400)-Chandpur Line (44.94 Kms. Approx.) iv) 132 KV Tajpur-Kanth Railway Line (19.5 Kms. Approx.) v) 132 KV Tajpur-UGSIL Line (13.50 Kms. Approx.) vi) 132 KV Nehtaur (220)-Jalilpur Line (20.3 Kms. Approx.) vii) 132 KV Nehtaur (400)-Morna D/C Line (54.10 Kms. Approx.) viii) 132 KV Chandpur(220)-Tajpur D/C Line (22.6 Kms. Approx.) ix) 220 KV LILO Meerut(765)-Amroha @Chandpur(220) D/C Line (25.4 Kms. Approx.) Total Length = (21+21.50+44.94+19.50+13.50+20.3+54.10+22.6+ 25.4) x4= 971.36 Kms.

Lopping, chopping and cutting of trees branches above 0.5 metre girth in the 27 meters corridor line and stacking of above cuttings at proper place far from the line. (Trees of forest & Mango Gardens.)

Thermal Scanning of entire route length of the line once in a year.

Tree cutting in the 27 meters corridor of above line up to diameter 0.5 metre grith.

Fixing of missing tower parts on the above lines on differrent type of tower including cutting fabrication of angle irons as per actual requirement at site then fitting of fabricated tower inplace of missing tower parts on different tower with bolts and nuts. This work also include the carriage of angle iron from availibilty of material at sub station under above division. Angle iron and bots and nust will be provided by the department free of cost.

Strengthing/Replacement/Tightening of jumpers at tension towers.

Strengthing of earthwire/OPGW including replacement/tightening of suspension clamp as per site requirement.

Replacement of damaged/puncture insulators string at different tower location including cartage of material from store to work site of the above line. All the manpower & T&P shall be provided by tenders for completion of work.

Removing of nest from the tension tower insulator formed by birds.

Cleaning of disc insulator in dirty area. (Per string)

Emergency patrolling of above 220 & 132 KV Lines during tripping to detect the exact fault location & type of fault.

Submission of patrolling report on prescribed compurterized performa in 4 sets after each patrolling duly binded with one soft copy.
